Spooktober Special Biome-- Weeper's Mangrove
Fun fact, I actually have already fully planned the biome last year, just waiting for the right time.
and yeah, I would avoid the water at every cost
--DATABANK--
Purely a place of nightmare. The Weeper's Mangrove is described to be "where your worst nightmare came true". The sky is cloudy with pale gray-lilac clouds, bordered by heavy fogs with pale lilac fogs.
A majority of this biome is flooded with greyish purple water. When foreign travelers or faunas comes in contact with this water, their stamina will slowly but steadily drained, and will inevitably drowns after getting too exhausted. Fortunately, getting out of the water will immediately regain all the lost stamina.
Time works very oddly in this biome. It is always day time, no rain or change of weather. Foreign lifes would stop aging and even metabolism as long as they're in this place. No matter what time they came here, or how long they spent here, they'd always leaves the biome exactly at 7am back in the real world, when the fog has just begin to dissipates.
All foreign flora samples or plants brought here would quickly withers, but floras taken from here would lasts at least 3 times longer.
Most faunas(or monsters... literally) here are extremely hostile. Travelers should probably be well armed before coming here for whatever reasons...
There are plenty of abandoned buildings and houses here, suggesting that this marshland was once a peaceful land... once
