Kovaz hovered a bit closer to the ground as he spoke, "Oh, I can safely guarantee I'll be with you for the whole night! I'll be stuck to you tighter than your own shadow.” He gestured to Nathan’s shadow, which was cast across the ground and up onto the wall on the opposite side of the alley. Kovaz floated up to meet Nathan's gaze, holding out a purple arm. “Do we have a deal?”
Nathan hesitated, but not for long. He clasped the Gengar’s surprisingly cold hand in his own, and gave it a shake. “Deal.”
Kovaz let out a gleeful laugh of excitement and joy that, to the human, sounded downright sinister. Before Nathan could retort or try to back out of the deal, however, Kovaz was right up into his face again, eagerly whispering, “You won’t regret this, I promise.” With a flourished twirl through the air, Kovaz then floated over to the wall upon which Nathan’s shadow was cast, motioning with his hands for the human to stay put. “Don’t move for a second, please.”
With that, Kovaz aligned himself with Nathan’s shadow before turning around and raising his rear end to it, giving the now quaking young man a wink. “Here we go!”
Before Nathan could retort, Kovaz hovered closer to the wall, and his tail made contact with Nathan’s shadow. Instantly, a chill was sent down his spine, his body suddenly feeling as cold as ice. “W-what’s happening…?” he meekly whimpered as Kovaz dismissively waved a hand and replied, “It’ll pass. Enjoy the ride!”
As Kovaz slowly inched further and further into Nathan’s shadow, the young man felt an odd sensation at the base of his spine. In addition to feeling much, much colder, a soft pressure filled his tailbone, alongside an odd tugging feeling. While Kovaz’s tail fully vanished into the shadow, his rear end made contact with it and began to vanish into it, as well. As this happened, Nathan’s cheeks went a bright red, and his blue eyes went wide.
The ghostly chill filled his butt cheeks, and an odd sensation akin to an inflating balloon filled them both. His pants became tighter and tighter, his underwear becoming taut as his ballooning butt began to spill out from his pants, both cheeks exposed to the air before long. Turning back as best he could, Nathan gasped in horror at the sight of his now bulbous butt continually swelling up. To his terror, he also spotted just what was causing that tugging sensation; a fully formed, rather stubby tail. He cried out, “W-what’s happening to me?! What are you doing?!” Kovaz simply smiled in amusement, watching in delight. Nathan, however, was breathing rapidly, his eyed widened in terror. His butt and newly formed tail had both taken on a ghostly purple hue, with a faint glow to them as well. They were now identical in color to Kovaz, who cocked an eyebrow, snickering at Nathan’s horrified expression while the human’s ballooning butt continued to swell, his underwear vanishing into the crack between the two purple cheeks.
Nathan turned to Kovaz, pushing his hands into his purple ballooning ass and crying, “M-make it stop! I changed my mind, please, j-just-“ Kovaz held up a finger to his massive Cheshire grin and shook his head, replying with a snickered, “Relax. You’ll enjoy this before long!”

Vetoknox! They deserve tons and tons of love for their splendid work. The story being told, on the other hand, is written by yours truly. It's been quite a while since I've written a story like this, and I'm excited to see what you all think of it!
