Thought I would share the little thing I worked on over the last few days. This is the theme music from M.U.L.E. released way back in the 80s.
It is a fun little multiplayer space sim about colonizing a new world. I played this for hours on end when it was released, and then "rediscovering" it with a friend years later. Lots of fun times!
My father wrote the theme song, and I wanted to put this together for him. The theme is played on my modular synth system. This rendition is pretty faithful to the original, but I might later do a version that expands the theme into new territory.

M.U.L.E. is copyright Ozark Softscape and published by Electronic Arts, 1983.

Whoa, that is really cool! That's interesting history and a great job you did putting it together.
Wonderful thank you for sharing. Thanks to your father for his contributions to the Keystone without Mule there would not have been MOO, AOE, or Westwood and my second favorite, but most played genre would not be.
Lovely tune that does not get on the nerves for the barebones.

Thanks!
Yeah, I spent countless hours playing C&C back in the day. :)
Not to mention how many hours I spent playing MULE growing up.
