Time to upload all the 2022 art I haven't posted yet because I was on vacation!
Tiphane (te-fan-neeh, yes, it's the older version of Tiffany) is a 1e Pathfinder druidess character of mine I made for someone else's game, and the problem with that is that I had to design her armor, even though that's not a thing I had attempted yet. There were a few references for the armor, but most of them weren't the type I actually wanted to depict, so this was a little challenging. I think the end result came out great.
The Hide armor (because she's good at stealth) is a Medium armor type, and so I concluded that it likely would not cover everything, choosing to leave some parts unprotected to concentrate the protection around things like the vitals, shoulders, and places likely to get hit past her shield (which is not depicted). You might notice I left her midriff bare. That was a trope I normally completely despise, and yet, in this case, it actually seemed to be appropriate. It's easier to cover the lower openings with a shield than the higher ones against midline attacks, so I figured her shield is the primary "armor" for her abdomen.
I'm not sure I like the lack of knee and elbow protection, that's my only regret. Still, at least I didn't make it stripperific! Super proud of myself.
