These gouache postcards are part of a large series where I will be aiming to paint 100 landscapes. These were painted in 2022.
Postcard 21 Void - This was the upper part of the natural bridge found in Springbrook National Park, it was a beautiful reward for completing the short hike.
Postcard 23 Dark Overhang - The forest was dense in the rain during autumn when we travelled through Mount Tambourine, the road was quiet and still.
Postcard 25 Grazing - Travelling through northern New South Wales we watched many herds of friesian grazing along the road side.
Postcard 27 Sand dunes - The hills of golden sand were almost as restorative as the sea breezes and ocean swell further along.

amazing! such juicy colors, i can literally feel the warmth and the smell of grass coming from it :3
Thank you! Overlaying with opaque colour is definitely my favourite reason for using gouache.
