Oof, this hits hard. Between my real-life disability, and the stories about versions of me being transformed, I'm painfully familiar with that feeling of "I can't do this thing I used to". ~_~
Flopsy probably has it the easiest, she lost most of her memories of being a human when she died and her soul was trapped in the Chaos Void. Plus, she can take on a mostly human form in order to do a lot of things physically, but she wouldn't be able to program a computer anymore.
Vayryn has mostly hand-like hands, but her tiny size and yinglet body still lock her out of a lot of things, even if the medical problems have eased up a lot. Stepstools are everywhere in her apartment, and most chores are being allowed to slide because "the 'deal with it later' pile" is really just the start of avoidance.
Princess has it worst, being a non-anthro dragoness. She's dependent on her Owner to take care of her, and in public, she usually can't talk for fear of being discovered as more intelligent than people expect. If she wants to manipulate anything, she either paws at it or uses her mouth, and either way she has to be careful of claws and fangs. Her paws are somewhere between "cat" and "crocodile", so she has pretty much no dexterity, and feeling like she's "being a burden" is a constant source of emotional pain for her. ^_^;;

Ouch, that has to hurt.
I take it illusion hands aren't solid or dexterous enough?

Illusion hands are just that.. illusions. They're not solid, so moira has to work with her new claw digits which do not have the dexterity shes used to from human hands
