Today renders my old reference's "early 20's" bit of info as no longer valid, but hardly anything else has changed since then.
Haven't really decided on some shoes yet, but I think the mostly solid-color clothes don't need such a textured pair of shoes as before. Maybe they'll make a return when I figure some other clothes out. I honestly haven't built a wardrobe IRL because, to put it plainly, I don't have a dependable stream of income to not feel guilty about making purchases that aren't necessities—such as fun and fancy clothes. I know I don't have to have things IRL in order to put them on my fursona, but... I just like seeing him wear stuff that I actually have (or, mostly close to, since I've simplified how the hoodie actually is). I don't know why I didn't just draw him with the shoes I normally wear then, but. Um.
Well, this is still just a simple reference sheet to give the basics. The full detailed one has been in unfinished purgatory and will probably remain as such for a while...
Edit:
The comments are sooo sweet. Thanks much for the fursona appreciation, it really means a whole lot.

AGH your sona just has such a perfect design!! Simple, but iconic!
Nosebleed optional.
I think it's cool Kludge can't be boxed in and classified as a known or specific species.
And that's what fursonas are for in a way. Can't live it in reality so have fun through your own imagination [in this case fursona]. Still though, one fancy shirt or hoodie shouldn't make you feel bad.

He probably looks the closest to some kind of vague dragon-like creature, if anything. I just like that freedom to change things up and not have to explain nor make a new reference sheet or something. Takes a bit of pressure off of getting things exact, especially if other people are drawing him. But it's sure been a while since I've drawn him with other parts instead of this standard form.
As far as the clothing situation IRL goes, I guess it would just be nice to be able to buy a lot of clothes at once and have a variety of options from there, instead of my current situation of ~2 really cool outfits amongst the very normal clothes. Hopefully, I'll get the time to make some clothes for myself soon, since I do have a sewing machine and know the basics on how to operate it.

It's funny how sometimes you start with a defined species and with time they just morph into something indistinct simply out of that artistic freedom. [at least that's how it happened with me too] It's a little more fun that way, less constraint I agree. Just to add, his blue hues are also aesthetically pleasing.
At least it makes wearing those two outfits a little special or an occasion.
Although if you have the skill and talent to make your own clothes that's even cooler and admirable, wow. If you ever do, you should share the results if at least in your arts!
