This Silvia is a passionate assassin, doing her damndest to kill the ones running things from the shadows by perching herself high above the ground below with her threads, using her extrasensory eyes to see through the buildings, and hitting her marks through walls with ballista sized arrows. Even if they somehow do survive the initial shot, the radium tips of her arrows ensures they get a lethal dose of radiation poisoning.
