Conway Character Portrait - Konrad
We're getting into some of the side characters by now. Konrad here being the first of them that received their proper finished artwork.
Some of these will most likely get some of their own more dedicated scenes, but unfortunately there are only so many moving parts that can be taken care of at the time, and the 6 other main characters already are plenty. :') Whenever i end up designing a character I'm just always ending up really liking them and wanting to give them the full treatment, but alas.
Maybe in future projects.
So yes, enjoy Konrad!
As always, you can play the game for free here: https://nomaxart.itch.io/conway

Nice. This is what it would look if my skyrim khajiit were in assassins creed black flag. :3
You just know he brushes up those ear tips before hitting the town.
And we’re thankful for it.

Hold fast, pretty common sailor tattoo. Honestly not sure if it was a thing back then already...all documentation I found was for around the turn of the century to the 1900s, but maybe those types of sailor tattoos had some popularity 100 years earlier already.
What a fantastic portrait. I'm in awe with all the details which elevate the whole. Just fantastic.
Wonderful portrait! Hmm, what is that hammer and small chisel (?) in his belt for? :)
He is the ship's carpenter, and just a bit of a general maintenance sort of guy. So not a chisel but Marlinspike.
HOLD FAST :D
At a loss for what even to say…thank you for this stunning work!
