Cauliflower Head cut into bite-size florets
.5 cup flour
.5 cup water
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of cayenne powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup sambal oelek
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
6 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon green onions
Preheat oven to 450F.
Stir flour, water, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt together in a bowl.
Coat the florets in the paste and shake off any excess.
Place on parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes, then turn the florets over and bake for 6 more minutes.
Whisk together the sambal oelek, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey while the florets are in the oven. Set aside some of this gochujang for dipping later.
After the florets come out of the oven, toss them in the gochujang to coat them in the sauce.
Sprinkle green onions on the cauliflower and serve them along sing the gochujang dip.
*From Chris - To make this completely vegan, replace the honey with monkfruit syrup.
