Old drawing of a random Lynxian guy, he does not necessarily have to be from my setting but he could be. The Lynxians in my fantasy setting have a culture where birds have a significant role in many aspects, however the Lynxians are usually not this good at interacting with birds even if they wanted to, this guy must really love birds and the birds seem to also like him!
Can you guess all the bird species featured despite it being greyscale? :P
Below are the answers if you want to know!

The intended bird species:
1. Common black bird (turdus merula) on his right arm
2. Willow tit (Poecile montanus) on his right shoulder
3. Great tit (Parus major) on his ear
4. Great spotted woodpecker (Dendrocopos major) on the tree behind him
5. Eurasian magpie (Pica pica) on his left shoulder
6. Bohemian waxwing (Bombycilla garrulus) on his left upper arm
7. Eurasian Bullfinch (Pyrrhula pyrrhula) on his left hand finger
8. European robin (Erithacus rubecula) on the back of his left hand
9. Boreal owl (Aegolius funereus) In the hole in the dead tree, I feel this one is not very accurate looking
10. Song thrush (Turdus philomelos) on his left knee
11. Western capercaillies (Tetrao urogallus) or generic grouse females are what I went for with the three birds on the log, however many female grouses are hard to tell apart.
12. Eurasian Jay (Garrulus glandarius) on the ground

If living around birds has taught me one thing, you start feeding one bird? Eventually you will be feeding all the birds. Poor lynx guy has no idea what he has unleashed...
That is the truth...but more the merrier right? :P I personally love birds so much <3
But I wonder if this Lynxian is prepared to what is to come with so many birb friends!

In the world where I stage my stories, most Felines take the names of birds. The developer of a popular motor-velocipede (cycle) was named Dove.
That is a cool idea! :) I think bird inspired names are also common among my setting's Lynxians!
