It took me longer than it probably should for me to upload this reference sheet after I adopted it from 
Ellysha. This fellow's modelled on 
TwistedHound's base design. I'd never tried betting on an adoptable before and I'm glad that I took the plunge. I still don't have a name or an identity for this guy just yet, but I'm looking forward to working that out as I go.
Side note: I never really knew how I felt about Raikou's strange facial decoration. I always thought that it seemed inflexible and would just obstruct his mouth. Having it serve as a fancy mustache analog is genius and it makes me truly love his design.
