Well well, it looks like this fox might not want a mouse for dinner~! Or maybe she just enjoyed his wriggling too much to let him go for good...
I tried a new angle for the maw, and am trying new things to make the throat more accurate. This one came a lot more naturally than usual, hopefully it looks decent >w<

Oh, wow. I can clearly see the improvement on the mouth shading.
Amazing work there!

Hhhh yeah that's quite a good maw. Love the perspective of the mouse in there. Stuck lodged in fox gullet all covered in drool and stuff... <3
A single gulp away from turning that mouse into food. Squished back down tight fops gullet and back into the belly
yessss regurgitating/spitting back up the prey is always lovely!~ these two are adorable
You've come a long way with maws. Mouse better not get his hopes up too early considering canines regurgitate food to eat again or feed to their pups.
Really good, mouth is so detailed! I especially like the mouse here, so round and squeezed
Perhaps mouse is just too adorable to digest. You did an amazing job on this one
Look who's come out to play! Really loving this series, can't wait to see what the fox has in mind, but I'm sure it'll be a feast regardless
Don't get hope just yet mouse...
You can never tell what a fox is planning...

Letting them up for air every once in a while is a great idea. Getting so close to freedom just to be sent back makes their squirms all the stronger >:)
Or maybe she was just playing with the mousie? Only time will tell.
