Whew... it's been quite a year, hasn't it?

I've made some really good art this year, at least a few things I'm really proud of. I still feel like I have a long way to go, especially in certain aspects -- I've not been very happy with the way I draw faces/heads, for example -- but overall I'm pretty pleased with my art!

I also faced major burnout this year, though that wasn't really directly art related. There were some major health issues in my life, and I moved, which both sapped a lot of my energy. I started doing a lot of small sketches on my phone -- basically everything I made from September on was a sketch like that. I've also found that I seem to no longer be able to do commissions at all. So I'm trying to combat the burnout by taking a break for a little while! I'll still be drawing here and there, but no more commissions and I'm easing up on myself a bit. Hopefully that will help!

Regardless, thank you to everyone who has stuck with me so far! Even if I slow down for a bit, don't worry, you can still expect plenty of art and stories from me. ^^
