Arrangement: Saturday About Town (Winning Streak Theme)
Done with my usual trio of alto saxophone, vibraphone, and piano, this is my attempt at arranging the song "Saturday About Town" by Barry Stoller from the De Wolfe Music library. This song was used for, among other things, the television game show "Winning Streak," hosted by Bill Cullen. This show had replaced another Bill Cullen show, "Three on a Match;" the show that replaced it became the legendary game show that still is as popular as ever today: "Wheel of Fortune." I therefore chose to do it to add to my collection of game show music arrangements, which I think is what was attracting people to my channel in the first place. (I may be wrong.)

TRIVIA: The fact this one episode has survived was due to extensive coverage of Richard Nixon's resignation from office due to Watergate, and Gerald Ford taking the oath of office as the then-new President.

That title alone makes me think of this nowadays brand new tradition of me having to go out on Saturdays.
I do not know why that is the title of the song, but it is.
