Sly Cooper: Sins of the Fathers (Page Thirty-Nine) END

Page 39 of "Sins of the Fathers"
Once again, Carmelita finds herself standing there, helplessly watching a master criminal escape. But this time, she's been left more or less completely empty-handed, without even the consolation prize of arresting some other crime boss or retrieving a precious treasure. Bentley might have been able to save her life, but her dignity remains wounded; Carmelita's left to stew on Cerberus' taunts and the implication that Sly Cooper was more of a benefit to her than she was willing to accept.
Being the stubborn, hard-nosed cop that she is, Carmelita Fox is dead set on proving Cerberus wrong...but the latter is no Sly Cooper, and much less inclined to cut her any slack. Will Carmelita be able to finish what her father started, and end the legacy of the self-styled "Guard Dog of Hell?" Or will it be the Fox legacy that ends up tarnished and disgraced, now that she's lost crucial backup in the form of the master thief that she chased, tried to brainwash, and treated so rawly after that failed?
Time will tell.
CREATOR'S NOTES:
And here we are. The end of the road. What had started out as a brief comic to introduce the new look for an OC evolved into a proper origin story for one of my Sly Cooper villains, and the story of his first clash with Carmelita Fox. I got inspired, invested, and intent on finishing this project before I began serious work on anything else.
Though only a select few have commented on this work along the way, I appreciate all the faves, watches, and comments when they've come. Thank you so much, and I hope to keep entertaining you in the future!

4) The model for Cerberus is pieced together from several model packs by Petruz (the Wolf V2 pack for the main body, the Dasha & Nataliya pack for the mask, the Cattle Gang pack for the shirt, hair, jewelry, and handwraps), purchased via their Gumroad page. 6) Penelope's helicopter was found on the Steam Workshop page of Zydel. ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfi.....ext=helicopter )
7) The paint splatters on Carmelita's limbs come from a re-colored version of liquid ball model intended for...other purposes. I found it on SFMLab.com, courtesy of one LordAardvark. ( https://sfmlab.com/project/27871/ )

Well, one thing at a time. I've got to figure out how I'd incorporate my Sly 5 ideas into SFM (as there's no models for Cooper ancestors, among other things), never mind other projects that I've got in the pipeline.
That being said, a spicy Carmelita comic sounds like an entertaining project, and will be visited at some point. I HAVE been meaning to get more use out of her belly dancer costume...

hmm,
a belly-dancing Carmelita, sounds inviting,
(At least we hope she has a busty figure)

What, like the profile mugshots Petruz makes for his characters? That's actually not a bad idea! I'll have to look into it after a few other projects in the pipeline!
