SYNDICAT - mega-corporation with extensive activities, existing for more than 50 years and having about 31% of the assets of the entire global market.
Initially it was a rapid response PMC, where it was necessary to avoid full-scale combat operations and remain "incognito".
Very quickly raised their reputation on the fulfillment of "special" governments contracts from many countries.
Their capital grew as their ambitions did, and they gradually started to buy/open subsidiaries engaged in various activities.
After a while they started to invite talented persons to join their organization: scientists, biologists, pharmacists, engineers, builders, politicians - all those who can benefit the organization.
After a few years, the organization started to produce medicines, technological devices and build military/civilian objects ordered by the government or rich persons.
After 5 years, they entered the market of military products, selling weapons, military vehicles of their own production.
All these activities allowed for impressive profits, and political connections allowed the organization to stay within the "law".
Gradually the Syndicat increased its power in all directions, and by 30 years of its existence already provided its services in any sphere all over the world, gradually swallowing up its competitors.
But their core business was still - WAR. Syndicat absorbed more and more outside PMCs and recruited new people, and eventually the orgonization had its own armies in all parts of the world.
Thanks to its production capacity, the Syndicate is able to independently provide its troops with absolutely everything. They have their own naval fleet, aviation, heavy and light vehicles, satellites, weapons, gear, medicine, even their own coffee.
The corporation also actively sponsors space programs and various government projects.
Behind the scenes.
Syndicat was invented by me and my friend in 2019 as a story organization for the game in ArmA 3.
It is essentially a crossover of a hundred mods (300gb) whose units make up the fictional organization.
The scenario and lore of the syndicate is very large and deep, with over 2k hours played in its story branch.
It has many of its own characters with biographies histories and morals. In fact, the syndicate scenario itself is an improvised role-play.
Everything I've described above is just a small piece of the organization template. I didn't put most of it in as I think it's either irrelevant or unnecessary for now.
I was planning to publish this lore in the second stage of the comic, but I noticed that something similar was starting to appear, so I'm publishing it now, so it doesn't become plagiarized in the future.

Why do you see villains everywhere? =)
I can only tell the reasons why something is done.
You have to decide for yourself what this organization/characters looks like to you.
Each person decides for himself what is evil and what is good. I won't change a anyone's mind.
To me, there is no such thing as evil (there are rare exceptions). But I definitely understand good.
In any war, violence is part of the process, not the goal. (there are exceptions)
WAR is a tool. A tool cannot be evil or "good", a tool only performs its task.
Always need to consider the level of cynicism and virtue.
SYNDICAT is not a holy organization or a relief foundation.
Many were killed by their hands, by request of others, or for their own motives.
They create a lot to improve the lives of others.
They give people what they want.
I can only tell the reasons why something is done.
