Rinklees are sturdy, friendly, gentle giants and one of the most popular means of transportation on land. Used to move cargo or people, on their backs or in carriages, with solitaire rider or herded by the hundreds, Rinklees are a wildly popular creature in Skallia. In addition to their role as work animals, they can also be used for meat and leather in some regions.

The gestation period of a rinklee is of around 10 months and farrowing takes place in early spring.
A juvenile rinklee is called a rumplee. Female rinklees produce a very fatty milk that is hard to aquire as the mothers get very aggressive after farrowing, products made from rinklee milk such as soaps, butter and hoof coatings are considered luxury items in Skallia.
