I have so many questions, but the main one I want to ask is: why is Matt Smith threatening a robot shark with a balloon?
I don’t know, to me he looks like he’s about to eat fish fingers in custard while explaining that his TARDIS is wibbly-wobbly and timey-wimey
(Also, I haven’t really seen a whole Bond movie before)
(Also, I haven’t really seen a whole Bond movie before)
Khan's explaining to the kids the shark won't die if she runs out of electricity in the middle of the sea because she has a safeguard in place that would inflate her if that were to happen, so obviously the kids want to see her as a baloon and the shark is going "yeah, no that is ridiculous!" so Khan tells her either she does it voluntarily or he'll just press some buttons to make it happen.
...Let me guess, her inflation modules are in her chest and butt?
she is normally neutrally buoyant so she does not even inflate thatmuch but she gets "soft to touch" rather than feeling a slightly soft layer "skin" over her exoskeleton. So yeh she inflates but not even that much.... it was honestly hard to spot and we had to redo the last page to see how to make it more visible
I don't know if the balloon symbol means to play (figurative sense), or if it actually means balloon (literal sense), but this is really adorable, interesting and funny either way. XD
inflation joke. Basically if she runs out of batteries on the sea rather than just sink and "die" she'll just inflate so that she can be rescued later or wash ashore somewhere to get recovered. SHe is normally nuetrally buoyant this makes her float to the surface.
eh, unlike most inflation stufff she barely changes we had to rework the last page for people even to notice she had changed because... uh... she is neutrally buoyant
🤣
oh, it does, Hatton as usual is perfect, do not worry
