Here is Sir Topham Hatt as an angel, with his wings and halo retracted and only his two eyes open. In this form, he appears as an overweight, gray-skinned humanoid with blue eyes, prominent cheekbones, and dark eyebags. He is wearing a black top hat, stylized in a very similar way to a typical Anglican Mitre, a white long-sleeved shirt with a neck collar, a long black tailcoat with a pocket shaped like a St. George red cross shield and beautiful gold patterns associated with Anglican church clothing, a compass rose in place of where his necktie used to be, a purple waistcoat with gold-lined red buttons, a pair of white trousers with a Lorraine cross symbol ☨ on each leg (I decided this would be a creative thing to do as he possibly died of Tuberculosis in the Man Vs. Train canon, and the Lorraine cross was chosen as the symbol of the global fight against Tuberculosis) Lastly, he has light purple shoes with red bows, gold heel counters, and blue lights on the outer soles.

(if you HATE SPOILERS, LOOK AWAY from this paragraph now!!!)
There is a mini-series on the YouTube channel 'Mashed' called 'Man Vs. Train' that fallows Postman Pat driving his truck with his pet cat, Jess, they happen to stumble upon a railroad crossing. Pat was very impatient, so he decides to have him, and his cat cross the railroad without thinking twice which resulted in Jess getting hit by Thomas The Tank Engine. Quite frankly, Pat was a friggin' idiot who wouldn't wait for the train to pass, he could've at least carried the cat across to ensure that she wouldn't get hit by a train. This resulted in Pat becoming extremely wrathful and duals Thomas to a fight. Later, it was found out that Jess didn't die and is perfectly unharmed. However as soon as Thomas begins to walk away after the truce, he accidentally steps on Jess, officially resulting in her death. This makes Pat very pissed off and they make the fight go on once again. As Pat soon gives up on the battle, he presses the self-destruct button in which he hopes it kills both himself and Thomas so they can see each other in hell. Little did Pat know; the self-destruct button only killed him and his friends in the mech. Once Pat woke up after he died, Pat informs Lucifer that he is not trapped in Hell with him, but instead Lucifer is trapped in Hell with him. Pat presumably annihilates Lucifer and becomes the new ruler of Hell. Postman Pat comes back to bring pestilence and suffering among the living. When Thomas meets Sir Topham Hatt at the Station, he appears to have some type of bacterial illness (possibly tuberculosis or plague) he has pale clammy skin, his cheekbones are very prominent, and he is puking blood. Thomas was very concerned about Sir Topham Hatt's well-being, and hopes he feels better soon. Edward later informs him that The Fat Controller is dying, so Thomas rushes to Knapford station ASAP. Sir Topham Hatt appears even more lethargic than last time, he is very underweight, his skin is gray, he has dark bags under his eyes, and is coughing blood. He tells Thomas that he doesn't want to be referred to as 'The Fat Controller' as he's dying. Sir Topham Hatt informs Thomas that his death is just the beginning, as others are already becoming sick. After Sir Topham Hatt's Demise, the bank will foreclose on the station and become an Aldi. Thomas promises to Sir Topham Hatt that he won't let that happen. Sir Topham Hatt warns Thomas about pestilence, greed, and death, as they are Pat's signs that he is going to seek revenge on Thomas. Demon Pat then briefly possesses Sir Topham Hatt as he tells Thomas that things are gonna get worse and worse and that he'll meet Thomas in Hell. Demon Pat leaves Sir Topham Hatt's body, and then Thomas chugs through a tunnel that has 'Hades' imprinted on top of it. In Sir Topham Hatt's final words, he says 'I knew building that tunnel would pay off someday' before he meets his demise.
Sir Topham Hatt/The Fat Controller was such a wonderful character, and he was like a father to Thomas. I didn't want him to die :'( We can all hope in 'Man Vs. Train 5' he will come back as an angel, and perhaps join Thomas in the final battle, which will be released sometime this month. Angel Sir Topham Hatt also has neon green blood, and he can't be burned by Earth fire. Some of you might be thinking 'Sir Topham Hatt wasn't fat when he died in Man Vs. Train 5. So why is he fat as an angel?' The answer is simple: When he arrives in Heaven's Temperence ring, he is rewarded with any food of his choice for his self-restraint and abstinence, in return, he gains 200-300lbs back.
