Well you know what they say, we all wear masks. The masks we show to everyone change as well. Some of us wear the mask of malice while others wear the mask of kindness. However it is up to each of us to see those masks and decide to accept them or to deny them. But sometimes we hold those masks so close to our hearts that they become deeply entwined with out very being and we forget how to truly separate ourselves from our most favorite of masks.

I love the anatomy on this one. :) Also, I like how you did the flesh. It looks like it was "peeled" or "cut away". The idea of the mask is pretty neat as well. Like a lot of your ideas, they are pretty new in my book, lol (could just be lack of exposer though, haha).

I don't think most of my stuff is original at all. But then I am generally inclined to seek out twisted/dark/bizarre art involving creatures, I've seen so many concepts that nothing really seems "new" anymore. Still, there are always different and creative ways to express ideas which aren't going to fit anything exactly that has come before it.
