Hi! I was the person who got the commission with Harrower (which was both a pleasant experience and had an amazing piece of art as an outcome), and the Greco-Roman theme was pretty intentional though Harrower certainly enhanced it!
The lady on the left is Gorgo Stheuryale, and when in her armour she's definitely got a hoplite vibe to her. She probably wouldn't be that out of place in a Greek myth, wanting to excel; and thanks to her mentor Améline (the lady on the right), she manages to do it physically, mentally and psychologically.
Améline's much less Greco-Roman inspired, but I can see her being viewed that way! A friend of mine pointed out that the lightning around her makes her look a bit like a daughter of Zeus. She's definitely got a mythological/deific vibe to her, being a centuries-old immortal with a lot of experience and a powerful body that stands 8'4" tall, and she often ends up being a mentor to other would-be heroes - Like Gorgo!
