A guardian angel way more interested in checking out their witchy companion than keeping order, luckily aided by the most diligent pupper officer the city has. They have to stop that fiendish adult from stealing candy!
And, of course, a little witch enjoying her treats, unaware that she's in the crossfire of all these psychotic kids and their ridiculous adults!
