So Friday the 13th...
My friend Fae Fae and I went up to Tucson. What I usually do on Friday the 13th is drink and do me. Giving myself some time to appreciate the day.
When ever I get out of the car, I pull my cane out and it snaps together to form the cane. This time, only 1 snaps and I noticed the foot of the cane didn't snap into place.
I shook it, thinking "Its being stubborn." Bringing it up, pigeon eyeing it, the cord connecting everything within finally broke.

This cane was given to me by an older blind woman whose whole family is blind and she has been helping me understand and use the cane.
This cane is her older one and she even told me it won't last long but it will help me with the practice I need.
The cane is suppose to be a part of me! Its my daily must have when I leave my apartment.

When it broke, I laughed but once I got home... I was heart broken. It really was a part of me.
Right now I'm using a hiking stick Fae Fae lent me and its not the same XD


So... after holding onto her backpack and following Fae Fae around Trader Joe's, we got back in the car and I googled the company that made it. I was shocked to find out the prices are so cheap!
I was told they would range up to $150 to $200 but I wasn't expecting $30 to $50 for a cane!
I will HAVE to let my blind teacher know this because I don't think she knows that I didn't need my insurance!
I know I have a list of commissions but I need help with this T.T I wish to guy two which totals to $80 to $90
