Another variant of the coat of arms of the Kazan region.
In fact, it is a kind of another variant of a large coat of arms with several significant and important cities in Tatarstan and the village of Sviyazhsk (Zelenodolsk), which is located at the top left of the ribbon. I created it under inspiration from the great coat of arms of the Russian Empire of 1882.
In the left part of the wreath from top to bottom: Naberezhnye Chelny (autograd), Nizhnekamsk, Bolgar (it once had Zilant at the top). In the right part also from top to bottom: Almetyevsk, Elabuga and the same Sviyazhsk.
And yes, I forgot to say, in this version the central coat of arms received such differences as a tip on the tail of Zilanth like the provincial, to distinguish from the municipal (city) version, as well as patterns on the sides and a small red star near the wings. Also added are the golden patterns on the ribbon and the sun and crescent at the edges of the ribbon.
