I'm a fan of Medieval/Dark Age stories and fairytales of dragons, it's quite obvious why. But does anyone stop to wonder: "Why aren't there any real dragons left?"
Now that question has many answers -- most logical, others more far-fetched... However, there's a simple yet unusual explanation rather than the large beasts being hunted into extinction.
