This Fakemon inspired/based on a cowboy themed jewellery box which is shown/linked below.
So yeah when first viewing this cowboy themed jewellery box my brain came up with the idea of a 'Biblically' accurate angel gunslinging creature.!!! yeah I'm weird, but I kept getting a strong impression of an idea that would become 'Vigillet' in the end.
Honestly these bunch of fakemon have been the hardest to design so far, despite having a strong idea of what I wanted to create, though I will admit Honeshot (Originally called Klikbang) was the easiest to design, everybody else was a challenge.
So after Honeshot is where my troubles began, as I knew I wanted something like 'Vigillet' to exist, but it really needed an in-between stage, thus Leading to me draw many sketch designs until I came down 2 I really liked. Which after much debating I decided screw it I'll make this a Fakemon with a split evolution!!
Thus the final forms, the hardest to design.
I at least knew what I wanted 'Vigillet' (Originally called Doompledge the menace that started all this) to look like, but it was a lot harder to 'design' than I originally thought. Trying to get the right balance of biblical angel like creature/gunslinger without overloading the design was giving me a lot of trouble and 'Klikglock' was just a struggle to design at all, I didn't really know where I wanted the design to go at first, just something sea-creature/horse related, which then lead me down the track of trying to merge a seahorse with a gun/cowboy aesthetic while trying to avoid it looking like any previous seahorse-like Pokemon.
Sadly I'm not 100% happy with Klikglock, but I was starting to run out of steam designing this evo line and just wanted to get this idea done, but everyone else I'm super proud of!!! ^_^
Maybe I'll get back to Klikglock and adjust it's design? or maybe I'll just leave it as it, need to know what people think of this fakemon.
