As some of you may already know, Kyubi has a bit of a rival in fellow cat Ollie. Ollie is a flawed character, always plagued by insecurity. Insecurity, and after pushing Kyubi off a cliff presumably to his death, guilt. He never recovers from this, and spends the game with a bit of a chip on his shoulder. After discovering Kyubi is still alive and hearing of his heroic exploits, however, he quickly starts to become jealous again.

By late game, it is clear that the character wants to be more of a friendly rival than an evil one. However, he still cannot make up for his guilt. Ollie ends up making only one truly selfless act in the end, and it is that one act that ends up costing him his life.
