Her Imperial Highness, Princess Octavia; heir-apparent to the Imperial throne, Duchess of the North March etc.

Introducing Victoria's younger sister, Octavia. Latest in a series of pictures to help flesh out the setting of Victoria's world and what-not. So here's a brief (very WIP) character description:

As younger sister to the Empress, Octavia has always lived in Victoria's shadow. Not that she particularly minds; unlike her illustrious elder sibling, Octavia is unconcerned with the political responsibility that comes with being a member of royalty. She is aloof and rather self-absorbed, having lived a rather sheltered life compared to Victoria's more traumatic upbringing, and is altogether more naive, which often leads to various nobles trying to take advantage of her trusting nature. She is also quite shy, dislikes being the centre of attention (despite being fussy and vain about her appearance), and is unused to being in the public eye. When Victoria has to leave the palace, Octavia serves as regent, though Vicky always makes sure to leave enough advisers to make sure her little sister doesn't mess things up too much.
