"I can explain that..."

OK, this happened in our history lesson.
Right next to where me and my friends sit there is a door to another class. Some people kept throwing things into our class via this door.
When they threw a paper aeorplane in, i decided to throw it back. When THEY decided to throw it back, our teacher, Mrs Buttifant, was standing right beside us. But when she had a go at the people in the other class, they blamed it on me!
