I can hit an egg from about 100 feet away from the target.
That's pretty good, considering the mosin's known for having a godawful large grouping size. Or are we talking about the Yugo here?
Well I've been able to shoot both guns with that level of accuracy, and as far as the Mosin having a good amount of spread, mine must be a well built one or something because it always hits right were I'm aiming at long distances.
Ohwait, forgot to ask, is it an older one with all original parts, or is it a newer one? Ours is a 1934.
Mine was manufactured in 1942, so Its definitely a newer one.
Maybe I should of stated how I shoot, which would be standing up non-mounted with slightly canted front iron sights at a 1inch egg.
Yes, the Yugo SKS is a fun rifle, especially if you know how to bump fire it.
