Rossweisse Book 3 Progress: Now Printing/Pre-Orders

I spent my New Year's Eve at home finishing this book. It's now uploaded to the printer, and hopefully will be in my hands before I leave for Further Confusion 2013 (otherwise I'm not going to have much reason to be in the dealer's room). For those of you who are going, buy one there, no shipping. It's the cheapest way to get the book, and probably the fastest since I don't think I'll have them in hand until the week of the con.
For everyone who can't go, you can pre-order from me. The prices for the books are below. Because of printing time and the con, don't expect any pre-order books shipped to you until the later half of this month. I'll post another journal later this month when I have books ready to ship for those of you who don't want to wait so long after spending your money. As an incentive for pre-orders (which help me recover the money I just spent on printing) I will include a 3x5 card with a sketch of a character of your choice from the series. I was going to offer to draw this on the inside cover, but the covers of the previous books used very slick paper that is no good for drawing on.
US shipping is $2, you only need to pay shipping once per order not per book, so if you don't have the other books you can buy them and have them shipped together. Outside the USA shipping is $10, but if you use PayPal and the actual shipping is less than $10, I'll round the price up to the nearest dollar and refund any excess. I know shipping similar sized books to Europe cost me about $10, Canada and Mexico may not be as much though. Maybe after some Canadian orders I can add a more accurate Canadian shipping fee.
PayPal, checks, money orders & cash are all accepted. Note me to order and I'll give you the payment address.
You can still order direct from the printer (Lulu) but it will cost more and as I explained in my previous journal, I'll hardly see any of the money. I order the books in bulk and get them cheaper, ordering from me is a win-win for both of us. I can also sign your books if requested.
