Hello, I'm Orlando Semperfire, a nice, singing, and belly-lovin' gargoyle from Austria.
I also simply go by the name of Orlando. Fire's fine, too.
I see myself primarily as a musician - that's where to my heart belongs.
Now and then I also like to engange in other forms of art, as you can see below at my hobbies list.
I'm a fursuiter now, too.
I made my fursuit myself (although there are lots of people I need to thank for helping me - either physically or with good advices).
My main motivation for creating the suit was my involvement with the charity organization Furries For Kids, in which we visit protectories / children's villages to ease their possible misery and pain (Those who laugh, don't cry :-) )
Instruments I can play involve piano, guitar, bass (electric), accordeon, tin whistle, ocarina and harmonica (with diminishing skill level from left to right ^^ )
However there is one thing you can expect from me when me meet and chat, and that is HONESTY! I'm also a good critic, as long as it's up my alley, and I love to help ppl and share my experiences and my wisdom with you (yes, you!). Just don't spill drama on me, I will smell that.
My hobbies: Making music, cooking, gaming (board-, card- and computer-games), cycling, learning languages and tinkering
Likes: Music (can't live without it), eating, chatting, helping, philosophizing and carrying on my hobbies (I'd be a fool if I wouldn't enjoy them, right?)
Dislikes: People who think they have to convert me to Christianity, exaggeration (save your smilies of orgasmic happiness and shocking dismay for when you really mean it, keep it real), stubborn people and people whose egos don't fit through the door.
10 adjectives that describe me in a nutshell: honest, playful, caring, attentive (yet easy to distract), funny, frugal, chaotic but perfectionistic and calm but often weird, too
My current Ref-sheet - made by the late but wonderful bendor. Rest in peace.

Critique is always welcome!
Regarding singing: I have never used any pitch-correction in my recordings whatsoever (yet). But I don't shun or publicly judge anyone who does! I believe in "practice makes perfect" and in "the beauty of natural tones" and in "flaws make us who we are and are part of us".
I arranged all my gallery content into these folders.
You shouldn't have trouble finding stuff. You're welcome.

"Easier listening"
Hi beautiful furs.
I've decided to adjust the loudness levels of my songs. The reason is that you'll should have a slightly more pleasant experience listening through my gallery.
And I chose -14 LUFS (average absolute, dB-like loudness units below clipping point - hope that's roughly correct).
That number is used also by Youtube and Spotify and every upload gets reduced (if bove) to that level automatically there - hence you should have it more convenient not handling speakers volume all the time, or at least a few times less, if other musicians would adopt a similar strategy.
-14 LUFS also allows for more dynamic range - especially useful for more acoustic stuff - stage performances or for example musical-pieces recorded and mixed in the way.
For now, I have adapted all the songs in my gallery since I've started my Sunday Singalongs... I'll be working on it furthermore in the future.

So feel free to grab a pair of ears and listen your way though my singalongs. It's neven been a better time to do so. :P Thänx
