This was copy-pasted from support today (After a months delay). Because of the recent changes of FA. Some of my pieces are being tagged for "violation of policy". Some include MY BIRD OCs, SIZE DIFFERENCE, DEFAULT Pokemon proportions, LARGER FURNITURE. There's a VERY HIGH chance I will no longer continue business on that site (this includes taking commissions that DON'T violate) and using other means of sharing art. Unless something happens. I recommend you should too.If you want to see my art, you should join my Discord (18+ with *****DOB verification USING YOUR ID*****), Twitter. E621 (slower). I really despise having multiple accounts so posting to 5~ sites doesn't not sound appetizing. Will this affect commissions? No. The supply is stable, demand lowers, cutoff point remains same. Still in equilibrium. You'll still see the same amount of art from me.

Once you know where you've gonna settle down, a journal entry for followers with links would help reduce churn.
Excellent art and style tho, and you've been very clear that everything is 18+. Sucks that this is happening in general, but it sounds like you've got a better handle on it than most. Looking forward to your future work and possibly commissioning again in the future.
For me, my alt gallery is Weasyl. IB has the problem of cub posters constantly skirting tags, and I vaguely recall some drama around Itaku that steered me away from setting up shop there. Then again, I'm used to these sorts of community upheavals and implosions, hence why I try to offer my support to folks who are going through this for the first time (like a lot of younger artists). It sucks, but such is life on the modern internet. If you're not hosting it yourself, you're subject to the whims of whoever the host is.
You can at least suggest tags, so I've been going at it kind of aggressively, whenever I see something slip past my blocks and pop up. But there are entire galleries where folks have hundreds of images that need to be tagged properly.
Their TOS even states your supposed to tag that kind of content, but I'm starting to think most of the mods just don't care.
I've had a trouble ticket open for a month now trying to get back an old username, and it's just been ignored.
That being said, out of all the new accounts I made or started posting to again, it's the most active behind SoFurry. I'm kind of shocked at the amount of traffic I get on it. Since it's a brand new account and I didn't specifically point people to it.
The grievance I've heard from artists is that Weasyl is so character-focused that standard galleries (like FA presents by default) can be quite difficult to find a following for, compounded by the lower user population (since it launched among the 2nd FA implosion along with ArtPlz, InkBunny, and several other community sites). If memory serves, InkBunny launched directly because of the first underage content crackdown on FA, where a number of prolific artists and their followers felt vilified by the policy change. That culture persists, for better or worse, and it's definitely the hub for the vast majority of underage content on Furry sites. It's why I will never, ever upload there myself.
Other new sites popped up and kept that sort of thing out, so it became the only place a lot of those folks had to go.
literally, the only issue is how common cub and loli stuff is there and (more importantly) how often its improperly tagged (especially since it has a blacklist iirc)
Pff...
SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH
I hope you are alright, at least.
How to singlehandedly kill your site
<Insert mandatory suggestion to try Weasyl here.>
Like, oversized furniture is banned now? WTF XD
"Thank you for being part of our community" my ass.
more seriously though, damn i knew they were gona peg pretty much everyone in some way or another but a big name like you realy sucks to see they want to pick a fight with you.
