Health update (bad news)
5 months ago
Awoo ! Hi everyone ^.^ !
Remember those health issues I'm been having since last Summer ?
If you don't, I deleted the journals like an imbecil thinking they weren't worth anymore but in short I'm been having visual disturbances and tinnitus that sometimes also caused me head/ear aches.
I've spent this past autumn doing exams over exams and nothing ever came out of any of them, basically all showing I'm "Ok" even tho I'm not, and today I went to yet another appointment with the family doc bringing all the results to been told "You'll have to live with it".
So, yes, whatever it is, there is no cure and might not go away.
Sorry if I might not be as jolly and playful as I used to from now on, maybe things will change in the future but apologies in advance if I won't sound as happy as before.

having tinitus myself tho i can tell you that you'll learn to live with it
those things unfortunaly come with age
dunno what visual disturbances you're having, but some of that come with age too, like i'm having black filaments in my vision sometimes, that result from tiny deformations in the eyes that occur as time marches on
getting older sucks
These symptoms haven't worsened since you first started having them? I'm afraid I only skimmed over most of your health journals so I do not recall most of the details.
This journal feels a little too ambiguously worded for my comfort as well, I keep trying to read between the lines for anything you may be omitting here. Sincerely, I hope whatever it is you have is just a lifelong nuisance rather than something more "short term".
I know I'm just catastrophizing but I've grown rather conscientious for the mortality of others over the years and this sounds rather serious, I pray that my worry is other nothing though.
I know the journal is a bit short with the details but that's because there isn't really much to say without going into details that might or might not be related without certainty ^^;
Tbh, whatever it is I just want it to go away somehow, on top of everything it also makes it hard to sleep ^^;
The tinitus lessens or stops depending on weather, the visual disturbances lessen or stop depending on lighting, and so on, but overall are mostly constant ^^;
You've probably been told about various types of things to try already, but one thing to maybe look into if things get worse could be a masker or noiser. Those are basically hearing-aids, but instead of amplifying sound they play a customized white noise that can help mask or drown out the tinnitus. I gotta be honest, the science behind it isn't all that solid and they don't seem to help everyone, but it's just something to keep in mind as another option to look into if you feel it might be worth it. It can't really cure anything, but some people have reported they find their tinnitus at least less annoying after wearing them for a while.
Either way, I know a diagnosis like that can be really crushing, but I do hope you start feeling better soon.
Tbh is not the tinnitus on itself to bother me but the addition of the visual disturbances that make the situation worse, even tho are not severe ones.
I hope you feel better soon * hugs*
*hug*
Thank you, I really hope so too
I know, is bad ^^;
I'm always here if you need to let out anything bothering you.
Hopefully you can stay positive and not let the issues prevent you from living the best life you can.
Hoping for the best for you!
As someone with tinnitus and sinus stuff, it's a lot of ups and downs and it can be hard some days.
I hope you can find some relief and have plenty of good days
You are always superkind and I thank you for it ^^
when people ask me what i miss the most from childhood I usually say "the lack of back pain"

*hug*
So yeah, just like in my case, you can be suffering from some dormant neurological disfunction that could've been passed on with genes.
Thank you, little ^^
Also thank you so very much for the wishes, I really hope everything will turn out well in the end regardless of what other people may say ^^
I’m not sure what the future holds, but I know there’s gotta be some way out there to at least make things easier, if not completely better! ^^
*softest hugs*
