I still can't believe this is happening, I didn't know if I had the strength to do it, but one way or another, I have to do it.

It is with a heavy heart that I announced you guys that my grandfather passed away today at the age of 90 due to complications of the infection he got in his lungs and kidneys.

My mother woke me up by calling me and announced me the news of his death, but my mom told me that he died happily after we gave him his blanket of his favorite hockey team, the Montreal Canadiens. And he also died happily knowing that his entire family loves him.

And about him. I saw him Saturday with my aunt for the last time to say my final goodbye. I told him about all the things I liked from him, his stories, jokes, anecdotes, and I even hugged him before I leave. And before the hug and before I leave. I also hold his hand and told him "I love you so much." And my grandfather replied: "Me too."
