I don't have the skills for this but good luck in search of a team. What you have planned sounds exciting.
Looks interesting. Im not great at art, but I do think im fairly good at the editing/writing! I dont...really have a portfolio or anything like that...
If there is one thing I'm good at, it's secretarial work xP more or less anyways despite MY Chaotic schedule. Note me if you want to look into me. Thank you for the opportunity~ 💙
Interesting! I was a colorist for a student project a few years ago. If you've got the palette chosen and just need assistance filling in inked sketches, I might be able to help.
Oh, that's really awesome! Running my own creative studio is very much on the top of my personal "if I won the lottery..." list and it's so cool to see people actually going for it.
Looks like an amazing list of roles, for none of which I'm in any way qualified haha Good luck putting together a team! Knowing your creative directions, should be incredibly exciting seeing anything come together, even from the outside. You ever need a composer for games/animations though, then I'll gladly hit you up ;3
Only kind of skill for that kind of stuff I have is reviewing and character building (like design, bio, backstory/history, etc.) I can draw but I don't draw often enough and need to work more on anatomy and post processing accuracy.
Both of those are from a first draft of a comic I'd been trying to get out (and kind of still am). It's interesting because a (once) mutual friend actually sent me to you to help revise and edit the script for it. You might remember... though I can completely understand if you don't. I've been keeping your notes in mind ever since, and have been attempting to revamp it better.
I also have a folder dedicated to Character Sketches and Technology (Mainly to show I take the whole process seriously):
As for coloring, basically my most recent drawings on FA page represent that. I've only started digital coloring since a few months ago as you can see, but many of my friends have said that this is an area I should be proud of. (Honestly, lack of funds and resources is the main reason I didn't try to start sooner with color. Copic is pretty expensive.)
In fact I even took the liberty to start timing the the amount of work I've put in for my two most recent color pics. I'm going to post another color job immediately after sending you this message, so keep your eyes peeled in the next hour or so.
I'll be sending you a separate note about professional background. If you like what you see so far, let me know and I can send you a complete resume. I'd definitely be interested in hearing more about scheduling and pay obviously.
This sounds interesting. I work as a software engineer as a day job and do art as a hobby. Sounds like you have similar ambitions I do. Especially noting the line where you say "and hopefully animation". With the right set up, I would be more than happy to be able to discuss some of the things and tools you'd need to get yourself started, completely for free.
Do you have a discord or any preferred way to do direct messages? This would just be for consultation as I'm not interested in funds, but I'm very interested in talented people looking to open the next big door, and I think it helps to understand the foundation of what goes into everything so you can do anything you want and if you need any further help, I'm happy to lend a hand where I can. I really like your work and would love to see how far you can take your potential.
I don't have any skills listed here yet, so I will wait until the next 'casting call'. I've spent four years in college using Unreal Engine 4 and figure drawing (not enough to be an illustrator, but enough to pass as a game designer).
Very ambitious. I'm not confident to do it, but I want see what your project will become with people who will answer your call. You're ever selling me some dream.
Interesting! My creative side leans more toward music these days, but I do have some experience in the managerial department; granted not for a creative studio. Would be a lot of research on my part, but it certainly seems fascinating. I'll keep an eye out~.
Nick Fury- I mean... Rick Furry is assembling a team! NICE! XD
It is so cool to see an amazing artist such as yourself trying to expand your business to new areas! ^^
I personally have some skills that maybe could be helpfull... I wouldn't dare to say I am as good at art as you, but... well... I will be sending a portfolio in the e-mail!

Honestly, my own page here on FA is probably the closest thing I have to a decent portfolio.
I'd say my biggest forte is either in the Background Artist or the Colorist.
