Patreon has been shutdown
Posted 6 months agoAll,
As you might be aware, Patreon scorched the earth of diaper related material, and I, along with several others, were terminated from the service without warning.
I'm in the process of migrating to Subscribestar, but in typical fashion with these things, this termination has happened when I'm out of the country for a large chunk of the immediate weeks after.
What this currently means is, on FA my paid posts reference a link to written content on Patreon. These links currently do not work, and there is no alternative site for the written content.
It is my aim to migrate all of that content to Subscribestar as soon as possible (pending their approval), but this is realistically looking like a January target. If all goes well, this should also mean a return to normal posting on the new platform from January.
Sorry for any disappointment if you were trying or planning to access my writing. The unexpectedness of this has caused stress, to say the least, but I'm looking forward to bouncing back in the new year.
Stay good, and take care.

Also on Furry Network
Posted 8 years agoLong story short, I'm also on Furry Network now.

I'll be posting on both sites, not feeling the need to flee FA. Business as usual!

Patreon
Posted 8 years agoHello there!
Most of you probably aren't aware that I quit my job to chase the tail of dreams. I'm trying to make it as a freelance illustrator, but it's actually really difficult to earn a living. Chasing dreams is hard, who'd have thought, right!?
I've been creating diaper and babyfur art for almost a decade, for free, and I've found it WAY more interesting than the vanilla things I've been painting along side. But with this sudden need for rent and food money, I've dipped my toes into commissions and other ways of making money from doing what I love. It still hasn't been easy. Anyway, enough of the small violin stuff.
I'm setting a Patreon up mainly as a tip jar, a place you can toss a dollar if you like my work. Anything and everything is appreciated. Maybe it'll become a place for sketches, raffles or something else entirely. I'm curious to see what I can build it into, and I'd love a place for more communication and feedback on the subject matter people want to see, whether that be babyfur, grown up diaperfurs, ABDL art, or something entirely different and kinky. If you have something you want me to draw, I'd love to hear about it.
Nothing else is changing. Nothing is going behind a pay wall, and everything will still be posted here on Furaffinity. Patreon will always be about offering more, not taking things away.
If you even read this, thanks a bunch!

COMMISSIONS ARE OPEN! :O
Posted 9 years agoHey guys!
Down through the years I've been asked on and off about commissions, and always said no. But anyone paying the smallest amount of attention will notice that the past few uploads have all been commissions. So, for the first time, I'm officially opening it to the public, andasking for your money getting enthusiastic about drawing you!
Right now I'm looking for babyfur profiles and/or portraits, but I'm open to other suggestions. Each commission costs £25, and will be completed to the same detail and attentiveness that I put into my own personal pieces. I pride myself on open communication and transparency, so I like to keep in touch and show regular updates through out the process. In the end you'll receive a shiny digital file, in a larger resolution than I normally post here.
If you're interested, please comment below or contact me privately.
I'll probably work on no more than two pieces concurrently, but I'm very happy to have a queue system in place should the demand exist.
thank you <3
Jerkish disclaimer -
Please let it be known that I have no interest in drawing cub porn, or any kind of babyfur piece that is deemed sexual.
While I won't require payment immediately, I do not want my time wasted either, so be sure before we get things started!

Artist Meme (i'll just leave this here...)
Posted 12 years ago* What sort of artist would you most identify yourself as?
Hobbyist? I'm not in it for money, nor is it a career.
* What would be your secondary identity?
I don't know if there is one for me, though I'm aspiring to be better forever, and might be able to label myself as something hardcore before I'm dead.
* What forms of art do you dabble in, but don't excel at?
I can't describe the hours of work I've put into making realistic skin textures. Still something I find impossible to get right. I really would love to make some pics like Dan Lu Visi, Marek Okon, etc are doing on deviantart. If I'm taking a break from furry art, I'm normally busying myself trying to do realism.
* How would you describe your 'style'?
Crisp? My furry work is usually of a simple palette. I'd also say limited, but that's only down to what I can achieve on paper :P
* What medium do you favor most?
Digital for sure. Never got along with traditional paints. Though I do miss penciling, inking, scanning as I haven't done it since I bought a Cintiq.
* What are your favorite subject matters?
People. Nearly everything I've done to completion has been a portrait/pose, furry and non furry. I'm trying to break away and do something more dynamic in the near future.
* What are your least favorite subject matters?
Hyper-realistic or OTT adult art. Hard to describe where the line is sometimes, but I doubt I'll be pushing boundaries.
* List your Artistic Strengths
Of the little I can do, I think colouring. I tend to take off once I start painting a piece, and it's one aspect of a picture I'm quite happy to scrap and rework.
I have quite a hunger to improve, and do things as well as I can. This is why pictures can sometimes take months for me to finish; I keep finding new ways to do things and end up starting over >.<
* List your Artistic Weaknesses
Sketching. I spend a massive amount of time getting the drawing worked out. It takes up a huge chunk of development time for me. I think struggling with anatomy really slows me down here. Also perspective. Basically, the essential stuff I spent yeart studying >.<
* Which of the above weaknesses would you most like to see improve?
I think it's all interconnected, if one aspect improved it would have good ripple effects.
* Adult Content. . . yes/no?
Have no issue with it. I'm very sexual, but I like to believe I can make something of it, rather than drawing for porn's sake.
* Adult Subject Matter you favor?
Quite liking bondage, maybe because it fits my posed strengths right now. I do like designing the details of straps and buckles at times though, as much as it can be done. I do fight with myself not to put diapers in every picture too >.<
* Schooling/Training received in the arts?
Studied art in some form, and loved it, from early schooling til finish. Then did a year in college, which obliterated my confidence. Let's call it even?
* Schooling/Training you'd still like to have?
I'm not sure about this... I think the best training I can get right now is viewing tutorials and videos. I'm not really compatible with college anymore, nor am I willing to try.
* Would you consider yourself prolific, or a 'quality over quantity' sort of artist?
I would rather produce one painting in a year I was truly proud of, than 10 I felt disdain for. I do believe sometimes I have to bite the bullet and accept a picture is done; if I didn't, I'd have nothing to show for.
* Would you considering yourself a Fine Artist, or a Commercial Artist?
I'm not at all commercial. But a fine artist title makes me think of people with skill. Aspirations of the former then?
* Where would you like to be in five years?
I'd very much like to have as big a 'normal' gallery as I do a kink one. Right now it's swaying very much in favour of FA! I'd also like to have learned and bettered myself by a considerable amount.

If I may blow my own horn for a moment...
Posted 13 years agoI just realised I submitted 18 pieces this year. For someone who was finishing something every other month, I'm a little bit amazed. Long may this continue. =)
If you're reading this, have a good Christmas I guess!

Status Update! (for those that even noticed I've been quiet)
Posted 14 years agoThe main reason I've been so quiet lately is that I've been on a babyfur burn-out. Anytime I've tried to go near the stuff, artistically speaking, I lose interest. I definitely need a new spark in that department.
I made a pledge to myself way back in January to draw more 'normal' art, aka, 'stuff you can show off to normal people even if they think it's weird.' It started well, but I soon drifted back into more comfortable waters, heh.
I've recently been working on three different pieces that I'd call 'FA worthy' though only one of them is furry. One of them is in a late stage of polish, so expect these in the coming weeks/months/years!

I have a VG Meme I'm so cool. (I was desperate to update)
Posted 15 years agoStolen from captaingerbear
1) What was your FIRST video game console?
Commodore 64 =3
2) Name a few games you played on said console.
-I CANNOT remember names. There was Flimbo’s quest, Klax, some soccer game, a weird circus game and a Ninja Turtles game that took forever to load…
3) Excluding handhelds, how many VG consoles do you own presently?
-2 PStwos, N64, Gamecube, Xbox 360, Wii and 2 PS3s
4) Were you a Street Fighter nut? Any character in particular?
-Loved it. I always loved it, even when kids were raging for Mortal Kombat, I wanted to play Street Fighter. Fei Long is awesome, and Ryu comes close second.
5) Do you think Capcom is a FUCKING awesome company with kickass character designs?
When they get it right, they REALLY get it right. Dante, Viewtiful Joe, Jill Valentine. It really helps that the games are great enough to back up the design.
6) Here's the scenario.. You had some friends over and you all ate FRIED CHICKEN! After the meal you all decide to play some video games. As your friend reaches for a controller you notice his/her hands are very "greasy." Are you the type that would insist they wash their hands before pawing the controller, or is it no big deal?
Christ yes. I HATE greasy pads.
7) What's your favorite RPG/Action RPG?
Final Fantasy 8. At this moment in time.
8) Do you prefer 2D games or 3D games?
Don’t care really. 3D maybe for its ‘openness’ (?). But then again, Sonic the Hedgehog sucks in 3D and fucking rules in 2D.
9) Are you an SNK fan?
Nerp.
9) Are you good at DDR?
Never played it.
10) Who wants to kick that dog's ass from Duck Hunt?
Didn’t play it enough to bother me.
11) Have you skipped out on important events in life because of video games?
Yes. For instance, I should really be drawing right now instead of taking this.
12) Do you listen to video game music?
More than I should maybe.
13) Have you ever cosplayed a VG character?
Fuck no.
14) Have you ever been in an arcade playing a fighting game, KICKING ASS, and then some 6 year old asian kid comes in and OWNS YOU??
Yes and no. I hate being bested by people who pick up the control for the first time. So in a way, that’s happened.
15) Name three games you would love to see remakes of if it was done properly.
I have one rule with remakes. Don’t fuck with what works. (Twin Snakes… sigh) So keeping that in mind;
Sonic 3 and Knuckles in 1080p goodness.
Final Fantasy 7 needs a new translation, and a serious makeover (and Square should stop fucking flirting around with remaking it and just fucking DO IT.)
And I’d love to see either Resident Evil 2 or 3 (why not both?) remade in the style of RE4/5 with a co-op battle to escape an open world Raccoon City =3
16) Mario or Sonic?
Sonic. Up until Sonic and Knuckles; after that he’s dead to me. Mario doesn’t have the same excitement for me. Mario Galaxy was the only ‘proper’ Mario game I’ve enjoyed.
17) When a movie shows up in the theaters, let's use Spider-man as an example, are you likely to buy the GAME version?
It actually puts me off buying the game. I think the only movie-game release I’ve bought are Goldeneye, Spider-man 2, and some of the EA LOTR games.
18) What is your LEAST favorite genre of video games? (ex. fighting, sports, shooters, etc.)
Ehhh. Don’t really have one. JRPGs mostly put me off is the style looks too generic animeish. I have an open mind with games. Once they’re actually, you know, good.
19) Is there a game out there that you feel was unique and didn't get enough love?
I want to say Okami, but I think that has enough cult love to sustain it. Same with Beyond Good and Evil. ICO, Shadow of the Collosus. Stuff like that can never have too much love.
20) Have you ever verbally abused a game because you couldn't beat one of the levels and/or bosses?
Gears of War 2. Stupid Hydra boss where you had to throw grenades down its mouth. The point in the game where I told it to fuck right off. And then came back the next day and got passed it =P
21) Do you own any VG apparel?
A nifty Prince of Persia tee. That’s it.
22) What are your thoughts on the live-action Super Mario Bros movie?
Didn’t enjoy it as a kid. But now I’m half tempted to check it out again to see just how they managed to steam punk Mario.
23) On that note, what did you think about the live-action Street Fighter movie?
Oh Jesus. The first time I hated a movie as a kid. What a pile of steaming shit.
24) Who's hottest out of the KOF chicks?
Don’t play it. And I like dudes.
25) Do you say "old-school" a lot when you're having a VG conversation with others?
I’m more likely to say ‘Retro.’ But even that is unlikely.
26) Have you ever lent someone a game and they returned it to you damaged?
My uncle broke Tomb Raider 2, 3 and scratched the fuck out of MGS.
27) Do you own any imported games?
Only on PS3. Do region free games count though?
28) Are you ready for this meme to be over, or could you keep going?
Keep going.
29) In this scenario, let's pretend you're going to get a video game tattoo! What would you get and where? This can be simple or elaborate.
Raziel’s symbol from The Legacy of Kain. Love it.
30) Have you ever cried after you beat a game? If so why?
Metal Gear Solid 3. When it plays the MGS theme music for the first time, and then moves onto the grave scene. I was in bits.
Metal Gear Solid 4. Back at the fucking graveyard. Manipulated tears through my feelings for the third game =P
I guess I'll tag
I don’t wanna tag anyone. Maybe I can inspire someone to take it instead. O.o
