I no longer operate under pandoth crafts. I have been listing suit info under my personal accounts as of late. I no longer take mass amounts of commissions. Fear not, I still make suits but on a case by case bases. I will also be listing the occasional pre-made as well on my personal medias. So please if you have any questions head on over to my normal fa Sorrel_Panda or give me a shout out on twitter Sorrel_Pandoth. Thanks gang!

No commissions until further notice/ updates to come
Posted 6 years agoHey gang, just a quick little thing here.
I will not be accepting any suit commissions until my current work load is done. When I do re-open late fall or winter I will be changing up our commission system a bit and pricing.
We are also working on launching an etsy store and new website.
We will be moving into our new perminate home the first week of October, as of that week we will begin cranking out things like crazy once life has settled.
We will be dealing at Furpocalypse again this year and still waiting to hear word on a few other tables we applied for all over the country.
Thank you everyone for your patience, we have had a tough year. We will be updating everything soon with more information and getting everything back on track.
Thank you all again! Cheers!

Commissioned closed
Posted 7 years agoAll new suit commissions are closed! (With the exception of two friends who recived quotes)
I will not be open again Untill winter of 2017, so for the next imminent year. I will be taking the year to finish out my currant work load, work on some personal projects and work on fixing some personal life issues to get more stability in our life's.
I will be changing my prices for when I do open again, they will soon be updated. I will also have my website up and working by then, and change my methods of communication to email only for my next round of commissions in winter 2017. My current commissioners have no need to worry and can continue to communicate with me how we have already been doing.
I still plan on starting to do streams so everyone can see me working, just need to fix my computer. More updates to come.

PANDOTH CRAFTS FURPOCALYPSE DEALERS TABLE/ small update
Posted 7 years agoHeyo!
Been busy around the pandoth household, we finished our summer job and had to move again from our winter housing. So we are now temporarily living in Connecticut with a friend for a few months while we get our ducks in order for a new apartment. Commission work has resumed in full steam once again now that things have settled. I did purchase a camera and will soon be offering streams as soon as I fix my computer, so that's something to look forward too!
So big news of the evening is we have acquired a table for Furpocalype! We will be dealing our usual plushie treats and toys, along with disinfectant sprays and a partial might be available for grabs, all depends if I have enough time in between normal commission work haha! But be sure to stop by and give us a hug and say hello! We sure have missed all you fuzzbutts!

Updates, Current standing, plans for the future
Posted 7 years agoHellooooo my fuzzies!
So this has been an extremely hectic summer here on the vineyard for us. Believe it or not we are working even more hours then previous summers. Some of the people my boss hired are incompetent and quit/ left the job early leaving the senior staff (us) to pick up the slack. Me personally I am working up to 70 hours a week most weeks, this was not supposed to happen. As a result I have had difficulty getting time in to work on commissions. Every chance I get to sit down and start working I get a text or a call from my boss asking me to cover someone's shift. It's getting a little ridiculous and is annoying the hell out of myself and Kaito.
I can't apologize enough for this situation, I won't let it happen again in the future. I greatly appreciate everyone's understanding, I'm so thankful for everyone's support. My summer job ends OCT 1st and I will then be returning to my shop. Once I return to my shop I have decided to set business hours, all with streams. So my commissions can see their suits being brought to life and to help manage my time better. I will be buying a cheap camera this week and will announce the times once I return to the shop/winter home.
As for the next month I will continue to work on owed commissions every chance I get and get as much done as possible in the time I have. Any questions please don't be afraid to note me! Thank you

Updates! Spray orders. Keep chugging along.
Posted 7 years agoHey gang!
It's summer time again in the Pandoth house hold which means we temporary moved to Martha's Vineyard for June-Oct 1st to work our seasonal job here at the LandBank on the island beaches. I have made a temporary work space here so don't worry my lovelies I am still steadily working, even bringing some things with me to my beach job to sit and hand sew. I have been slow to respond to things in the last two weeks and I do apologize, this is due to AC and when we returned I had to hit the ground running because the Landbank opend up a new property and myself and Kaito had to train the new people, but things have regained their normalcy around here once again and I will continue to keep chugging on commissions on my days and nights off.
I do have some photos to post and update which I will do by the end of the week! Also I have been getting a lot of inquiries about fursuit disinfectant spray I make. Unfortunately I left my stock of it up in our Northborough house and can not reach it until August 13 when we go off island for a friends wedding. If anyone needs any shipped please let me know before then and I can ship it out that week.
Besides that me and Kaito are doing great and are very happy and content here. It's going to be a good season! Any questions please don't be afraid to note or email me! Have a good summer!

>I WILL NOT make suits with special holes or zippers intended for sexual use.
AS THE CUSTOMER

> As the commissioner you must provide ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS in inches, this is your responsibility. If you gain or lose weight, I need to be alerted immediately to be sure your commission properly fits you.
>I require you to make a Duct Tape Dummy for bodysuit commissions, Which is a cast of your body shape done in Duct tape for me to build a mannequin shape off of. You are responsible for shipping it to me, I will not return it once the commission is done. Please also tape the Dummy back up after removing yourself from it, I will charge an additional $50 for any DTDs received that are not taped back together before shipping. Further instructions will be provided if you are unsure how to build one.
PAYMENTS AND QUOTES
> A quote you receive from me is only good for ONE MONTH, after which you would have to request for another quote. Shipping will NOT be included in a quote.
>I require a 33% (1/3 of total cost) down payment/deposit, to be placed on my Queue; that is NOT REFUNDABLE. The only two situations in which I would refund the deposit is if the suit has not been completed within 24 months of the deposit OR the commissioner is making me uncomfortable and I personally choose not to finish due to their actions. (Refer to ‘As the artist’)
> I will only start work on a commission once it has been paid in full.
> Please use my business email Sorrel.The.Pandoth[at]gmail.com as means to communicate with me in regards to your commission, I check it daily. I kindly ask that you do not contact me through personal social media accounts in regards to your commissions.
>Shipping costs will be calculated after completion, and payment for shipping will be due then.
> FAILURE TO PAY on an agreed time period could result in your suit being delayed or canceled. When a quote is given, payment amount and dates will be decided then. If a payment is not made in the correct amount within 48 HOURS (two days) of the agreed date a 10% fee will be added onto the missed payment. For example, if the payment missed was for $100 that payment now becomes $110
> A FINAL NOTICE will be issued to the customer if the payment date goes delinquent for over two weeks. If still Failure to pay after the final notice it will result in total cancellation of the commission. Any money paid after the 33% deposit will be refunded. The deposit WILL NOT be refunded as it is used for materials for your commission, and said materials will remain in my possession to be used as I see fit. It will be up to my discretion if I wish to do business with the customer in the future. This will be dealt with in a case by case basis.
> I will only accept PayPal and money orders as form of payment. When using PayPal please send all payments as "paying for goods and services" to comply with PayPal TOS. My PayPal is Hawkfrost21@gmail.com.

You will not receive your finished commission until all payments have been made. Payment plans will be dealt with on a case by case basis depending on the individuals needs.
> If a refund is requested by the commissioner before I start building a suit, a replacement commissioner will need to be found in order to receive the full refund paid minus the 33% deposit. As the replacement commissioner pays off the slot the original slot holder will be reimbursed.
>I will NOT offer a refund for completed projects because my time has already been spent on it and it is hard to resell someone’s personal commission.
> Once I have started your commission in any form, you can not request a refund.
SHIPPING AND DEADLINES
>Shipping will be USPS unless otherwise stated. All packages will be insured for the amount of the commission by USPS, this ensures that if the commission is lost in the mail, I, as the artist will be reimbursed and will then have the necessary funds to build a replacement (if need be). All packages come with tracking. I am not responsible for lost packages due to the USPS system. You may elect to NOT to have the commission price’s insurance & just receive the complimentary $50 insurance USPS provides. If you choose this option (usually to save a little money on shipping), I, as the artist, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for lost packages due to the USPS system, nor refunded payment based on the lost item. I will NOT build a replacement commission unless paid for. I do recommend getting the FULL insurance just to make ensure I, as the artist, and you as the commissioner are fully covered in case of the WORST possible scenario.
>If you live close by, I am willing to allow for personal pickup in Massachusetts.
>I WILL NOT DO DEADLINES, the suit will be completed on average 10-12 months from when I received the deposit. If the suit is not completed within 24 months I will issue a full refund that includes the deposit if desired in payments.
>Average completion time will be based on my current work load, it will also be based on what materials must be ordered. Completion times can range anywhere between 10-12 months unless otherwise specified.
> Please note all quotes on completion time frames are rough estimates, and not exact. It may vary depending on my current life events.
> For a 35% Fee your commission can be moved to the top of my que, expediting it. This fee must be paid in full.
WARRANTY
> My warranty will cover almost anything within reason under a month’s time of owning your commission. I will repair any minor damage for free unless the damage is intentionally done or caused by pure neglect.
> If the commission has been worn out excessively and neglected or is dirty/smells I will not even touch it and ship it directly back to you.
> I will only make sizing alterations to the suit once it has been worn for test fitting and an error is found, anything beyond that I will charge a fee based on an hourly work wage @ $15/hour for extensive repairs plush material costs. This will depend on how extensive the damage is.
>If you or anyone else attempts to alter (like put in special zippers or alter the pattern etc.) the warranty will become VOID.
>If alterations have been made, I STILL should be acknowledged as the original creator.
>If you or anyone who made alterations to the commission CLAIM rights to creating the commission, I will not hesitate to contact administration of the website(s) involved and appropriate action will be taken.
>For the life of the costume I will offer SMALL repairs such as a worn out seams or zipper for free.
>I will not fix balding spots! To prevent balding spots please don't allow people to scratch shaved areas of the suit and do not use a wire brush on shaved areas. Instead use a soft doll brush on the shaved areas for maintenance. In doing this you will prevent balding from ever happening.
>I will not fix suits that have been exposed to a dryer or hot water. This melts the fur fibers and can not be fixed. So please don't machine wash your suits on hot water then throw them in the dryer on high heat. This will destroy the suit.
>I will not fix suits that have grown mold, To prevent this never store your suit away when it is damp. Please be sure your suit is completely dry before you store it.
>All shipping costs for a fix will be paid by the commissioner unless the error was a large mistake on my part, (the mistake will be reviewed on a case by case basis).
BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU HERE BY AGREE TO ALL THE ABOVE TERMS.
