Thank yous. 💌
Posted 3 months agoThank you all for the favs and follows. <3
I haven't been doing well lately and, moreso, I haven't been taking care of myself because of it.
I'm trying to be as artistic as I can. But, it's still work and it drains me, too.
My partner says I should try and relax with a show or game, but I feel such a strong need to create something.
..and when I don't have the energy to create anything, I just feel so worthless.
She also mentioned that if I want to do something, I've got to just do it. Getting over the first few steps is always difficult and has an expense of energy on its own. But once I finally end up walking can I run.
I love art, I love creating, and I thank you all for helping me feel like it's worthwhile.
If you'd like to help out more than just keeping up to date on what I'm doing, I have a Ko-Fi page where you can donate directly to me.
Trust me, whatever you are able to part with will help a lot.

year one music
Posted 4 months agoI've compiled the majority of songs that I've made over the past year into two albums.
It's my first year composing and they're not excellent.
But, they sure have become special to me.

finally made a website!! (by myself!)
Posted 7 months agohttps://index.ribboncable.net
Made this over the past few days.
I haven't used HTML/CSS in a while, but it's still as fun as ever.
I'm lookin' to make more sites now that I have hosting them.

Makin' a lewd Playdate game! :D
Posted 8 months agoFor the past few weeks, I've been workin' on a lewd game for the Playdate.
It's a pretty niche console made by Panic. https://play.date/
It's the biggest coding project I've done on my own and it will be available on Itch.io later this month! :D

The list of games I encountered during 2022:
Posted a year agoThis is the list of games completed to their ending, but not attempting 100%.
Outer Wilds: Echos of the Eye (PC)
Super Mario 64 CO-OP (PC)
Toxic Invaders (P8)
Toree 3D (Switch)
Night Ride (P8)
Aperture Desk Job (PC)
ICO (PS3)
Pajama Sam 3 (PS1)
ABZÚ (PS4)
Untitled Geese Game (PC)
Portal 2 (PS3)
Half-Life 2: Lost Coast (Deck)
The Last of Us (PS3)
The Last of Us: Left Behind (PS3)
The Last of Us Part II (PS4)
The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe (PC)
Opossum Country (GBC)
Untitled (GB)
Kirby's Dream Land (GB)
Samorost (Android)
Mario Kart 7 (3DS)
These games are ones I spent a decent amount of time in, but didn't complete.
Ghost of Tsushima (PS4)
ELDIN RING (PC)
Venineth (PC)
Warioland 3 (GBC)
Portal 2: In Motion (PS3)
Hyper Light Drifter (Deck)
Popin' Twinbee (SFC)
Kirby Tilt 'n Tumble (GBC)
Super VR Ball (VRC)
Monster Hunter XX (3DS)
Mushroom Men: The Spore Wars (Wii)
Super Mario Galaxy (Wii)
Flat Pack (Android)
Ace Investigations (NDS)
Monster Prom (Switch)
DOOM (GBA)
Shadow of the Colossus (PS3)
Sekiro (PS4)
Super Monkey Ball 2 (GCN)
Inscription (Deck)
Animal Crossing: New Horizons (Switch)
Sonic Mania (3DS)
Animal Crossing (GCN)
My partner has helped me explore more skill based games over this year.
I was really liking Sekiro and I hope to continue it when we have the time.
Some games, like TLOU2, I played a second time, but didn't complete.
That game is pretty gorgeous and controls quite nicely. But dang is Ellie a horrible person.
ICO meant quite a lot to me aesthetically with those sharp shapes that cut through intense sunlight.
SOTC, while intense and fun to control, I couldn't bring myself to ending it. I didn't want to hurt them.
Inscription had such a unique flair on card game mechanics, but it's second chapter really threw me for a loop.
I was so into the beginning part and trying to get as far as I could. It took me days to get through!
I wish I could play Outer Wilds again not knowing what I learned from it.
That method of storytelling had me captivated for weeks. Though, some puzzles were a bit tough for my monkey brain. 🙈
