Commission Agreement and Terms of Service
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully.
Type of commission:
At the moment I only do digital art commissions. You will receive a digital file of the artwork, suitable for printing. No physical copies of the artwork are included.
I do commissions of either single art pictures, sequences of art pictures, or Full comic sequences. Payment and process will slightly differ depending on what you are commissioning.
Payment:
All payment should be in USD via Paypal. I will send an invoice.
For General art Commissions:
For first time commissioners, payment is due upfront, in full or in part if it makes sense for the commissioned artwork (like a sequence of images)
If the commissioned work is a sequence of art pieces, payment will be needed for each part before I move onto the next part.
For Comic Commissions:
Negotiation and outlining on how many pages the comic concept suggested will be done before exact prices are agreed upon.
For first time commissioners, payment is due upfront for page one once outlining is complete.
Payment will need to be received for each page before I move onto the next page.
General guidelines:
Please include visual references and/or a good description. The more info the better, references, colors, desired elements, etc.
I can draw humans, Furries, animals, transformations, pokemon. Fanart: it depends, feel free to ask me about it or if you have any other question.
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
Process:
For General Art Commissions:
I will work on the commission with the info provided in the following steps: Pose Sketch, Detail Sketch, Line art, Flat Colors, Full shading
Once payment is agreed upon, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple options), so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary. I will update you on the process at each step to make sure it is matching what you want until completion.
Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors). If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the commission(e.g. change pose), I may charge a 25% extra.
For Comic Commissions:
I will work on the commission with the info provided in the following steps: Full Comic Outline, then starting with page 1, Pose Sketch, Detail Sketch, Line art, Flat Colors, Full shading, then repeat for page 2 until comic is completed.
I will work on a comic outline first to get a general idea of the price for the comic. Once payment is agreed upon, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple options), so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary. I will update you on the process at each step to make sure it is matching what you want until completion.

Use:
Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use.
You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), an extra can be charged.
You are welcome to upload you commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.
I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
Refunds and canceling:
If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of what you’ve paid, if payment has already been received.
If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund.
You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.
This document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice.

Someone asked, so I might as well share this. I general try to keep things casual, but just so anyone curious knows, here's my TOS
