I am currently residing in eastern Pennsylvania. Don't let people who weren't there for you during your struggles be a part of your success. Don't let those who weren't there for you during the bad times be a part of the good times. Any friendship that is a one way street is not a friendship at all. Don't make anyone a priority in your life when you're just an option in their life. Don't ever settle for being anyone's second-best or consolation prize. Those who don't love you unconditionally don't love you at all. Don't be afraid to lose what was never meant to be.

Yearly physical results.
I had my yearly physical on Friday. The doctor said all my blood work was good. I told her about the nighttime congestion issues I've had since getting an upper molar removed last September. She prescribed Fluticasone Propionate nasal spray. I tried it last night and slept through the night for the first time in months. I also told her how I somehow pulled something in my back on February twenty-third resulting in lower back pain on the right side. I explained that it took three weeks for that to go away and that I was having some issues on the lower left side now. I reminded her that it's been two years since my first DEXA bone density scan. She ordered another one which I will have done on Tuesday. Since my calcium level and my PTH level have been normal since the surgery two years ago, we're hoping for better results this time. The original scan showed a twenty percent loss resulting in the diagnosis of Osteopenia. I also took the Pneumococcal vaccine. This one is similar to Prevnar 20, it is Capvaxive™ (Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine). It protects against twenty-one strains of Pneumococcal disease. I had a low grade fever yesterday (expected side effect), so I took an Ibuprofen caplet and went to bed early around 9:30pm. I woke up around 8:00am today and felt pretty normal. I checked my temperature and the digital thermometer which read 95.2F. I rechecked it four more times and that was definitely correct. 95F or lower is considered Hypothermia, so this of course alarmed me. I decided that since I felt normal, I would go downstairs, make breakfast and recheck my temperature. When I rechecked my temperature it was back up to 97.8F. I'll recheck it again tonight and tomorrow morning. If I get any low temperatures again, I'll call the 24/7 nursing line that my insurance has for all of its members.
