There will be more on the way ... sooner or later.

Nick really knows how to get on a ladies 'good side'
She does realize she's actually encouraging him, fight? Nick has just learned about something else he can do to get to his bunny. If she isn't careful she could make it so that when they are not on duty she might as well wear a collar for Nick as he will know so many ways of getting a reaction out of her.
Heh.
Reminds me of my pet bunny, years ago.
Except she would beg for MORE ear fondles.....

Weeeeelll... Judy won't mind ear fondles...
BUT NOT IN A BRIEFING WITH BOGO, DAMMIT

Heh.
I just re-watched Zootopia.
So much more to see every time I watch.
So much stuff layered...So rich in visuals and sensations.
And I am becoming very fond of Bogo.
Gruff old veteran cop that he is, he has been growing on me.
I want more.
But I have to wait.
CURSE YOU TIME AND SPACE!!
WHY MUST I WAIT?!!

My rabbit used to like it when I rubbed his cheeks. He would get mad when I stopped and would kick the side of his cage.
One of my rabbits growls if I try to pet her. She then growls, boxes, and chases after me if I stop. If I walk by and not acknowledge her, she'll growl and box at me. :/ ...females, damed if you do, damed if you don't.
LOL. I've known cats like that. If you pet them, they'll swat at your hand. If you ignore them, they'll swat at your hand until you pet them. Catch 22 if there ever was one. (BTW, you're right about females.)
Would I like it if you draw more Zootopia fanart and comics? Yes. Yes I would.
elephant in the room.... she is taking notes and he is board.. who is speaking to them? I have a feelint that they are in the squadroom getting the morning briefing. if so, how will others react to this? and either way, someone is talking to them.. how does that person react?
edit: just noticed the silhouettes in the background. definatly the squadroom

The way Bogo reads and the size of the chairs in the squadroom I'm guessing all they see is Judy's hands flailing.
Which is going to result in Judy being very embarrassed and getting back at Nick at some point.
After all, Rabbits aren't alone in having sensitive areas.

What does the fox say?
"Ow ow OW! Dammit Carrots, that doesn't bend that way... ...Chafing CHAFING!"

Having to wear reading glasses does not mean Bogo's near-sighted, though...
Just that his eyes are old enough to need assistance in reading all those small letters...

so cute they make one of the best couples ever i really do hope they make a 2nd movie =^.=
Always remember, though. Lightning rarely strikes twice. One success doesn't necessarily translate into success for the sequel.
but it happens more often than lightning in the same place. And there are also examples out there where it worked quite well !
True. That's why I said it rarely strikes twice. I guess the success of a sequel would depend on what line Disney chooses follow. For example, if they choose to make a big deal about a romance between Nick and Judy, it probably won't work. If they choose to go with an entirely different idea, more crime investigation using the interaction between Nick and Judy as the basis of the storyline, then it might work.
Yes, i agree. If they overdo it with romantic it won´t work, but if they decide to completely exclude that it also won´t work. They have set themselves i really high bar to cross. But you know what? I have faith in them, they will make this work and i´m really really eager awaiting a sequel !
Hell, it worked for Shrek, Po, Hicks and Toothless and for my taste even for cars. They were all good sequels !
*Awaiting intensifies*

I never saw any of the sequels you mentioned, except for Shrek and I don't doubt that they were good. However, Disney has made numerous sequels that didn't work (Beauty and the Beast II for example). They normally go straight to DVD because they really aren't that good. Of course, when you take an established story and try to continue it past the obvious end, it doesn't work so good.
I agree that any potential romantic involvement with Nick and Judy should be the secondary story line. Unless you start off with a potential romance, no movie I've ever seen works with the romance being the major theme of a movie. Don't misunderstand what I'm saying here. What I mean is, Nick and Judy in the original were friendly antagonists at first and friends by the end. If they want to make them closer, that's fine; just don't make that the major theme of the movie it rarely works, in my opinion.

I completely agree ! If they come closer trough whatever plot they may get its basically fine, but the other way round, if the plot itself is their romance and everything would evolve around that fact, i think , like you, it wouldn´t work. But i am nearly sure that didney is able to pull that of, if they are not aiming for DVD-release in the first place. But zootopia being the blockbuster it was, i´m quite sure they will, at least for a second part, aim for higher goals !
Well, as I've said, I'm no Disney fan. In fact, I've only seen, perhaps, five Disney movies I would own because I liked them. (Fantasia, Fantasia 2000 and Zootopia are three such.) I do own one of the worst Disney adaptations I've ever seen but only because I happen to like the original story, that being the movie "John Carter".
lol super funny and sneaky fox caressed the ears of the bunny.... oh great they made me rhyme
Looks like she needs to do some retaliatory tail grabs, get an embarrassing reaction from him at just the wrong moment too.
Meanwhile, Bogo has gotten so used to Nick and Judy doing things like this during his briefings that he just sighs heavily, shakes his head, and carries on as if nothing happened...
I don't even think he sighs anymore. He just keeps going without missing a beat.
Brilliant! I love it! Please DO continue with Nick and Judy drawings.
Dem Earz!
I love the expressions you manage on these two. It shows an intimacy the rest of us can only envy,

Too cute, I would like to see the reverse of this and how Judy teases/arouses Nick.
Adorable comic. I love the facial expressions throughout this. I guess Judy has some really sensitive ears.
It's one of the most adorable things I've ever seen!
...Also surprisingly hot.

It has literally been 20 years since I saw, read, or heard a Ferengi joke.
I have one for ya
The clown can stay, but the Ferengi in the gorilla suit has to go.

This is great, and with a last panel like that how can it not be perfect?
"stopitstopitstopitstopstopstop!"

Absolutely PWECIOUS! XD
Never getting tired of your Zootopia work, dude. ;D

Now I'm picturing her getting revenge with some under the table stroking. If she's really evil, while they're out to dinner with her parents.
That has got to be one of the best word-less sequences I've ever seen.
Aaaaand here is the colored version :)

Hope you get the time to make new longer zootopia-comics. Together with Spintherella you make the best ones :)

There should be lots of little 'slap' and 'plap' sound effects on that last panel.

oh, talk about a coincidence, I sorta thought of the same thing last week.
Except Judy claims she's never twitterpated in her life at all.

EVERY time I look at this one, I laugh. It's one of the funniest one page comics I've seen in a LONG time.
I am so very very very very happy that you are as obsessed with this movie as I am, if not moreso. For how else would we be getting these wonderful comics of yours?
I saw this colored on Twitter, and I ran back her to make an Oomox joke, and found you already beat me to it. Good game, fellow trekie.
Now see if he'll pre chew your food for you Judy.
I do this to my wife from time to time. I love getting her all melty when she'd not expecting it. So cute

Sir Schwartz, thine artwork remaineth the finest of the fandom in terms of sheer expressiveness. Regardst thou the shifting faciality of thine lapine protagonist, altered substantively in each frame.
But seriously, yours is still my favorite artwork. Sabrina Online turned me onto the whole furry thang long ago and I haven't strayed since.

Were you inspired by the late genecatlow, as this was the sort of thing Cotton did to Tavie...
Later that day, after Nick (as always) falls asleep at his desk (hey, he warned them he was nocturnal). . .
