I love the detail you put in her face <3 Good to see how it turned out!
I thought I had escaped the semester for good, but Camus won't leave me alone! XD
This i really pretty. I love that character, and the BG is amazing!

The ground on this really is lovely, the mixture of leaves as well as the grass that hangs over the edge <3 ^^
I think it should be labeled at least as mature, for the nudity. But this is sweet. Makes me all warm'n'fuzzy.
Oh WOW, this is just stunning. Just can't get enough of your amazing work, Vantid.
It seems incongruous, since everything else looks to be fairly natural in coloration. I'm guessing that it's supposed to tie in with the eye and collar colors. Just puzzling is all. A bigger critique point would be that her more distant wing looks like it's bent backwards. Other than that, the lighting and color scheme on the whole are pleasant and the composition evokes a quiet tension.
They are focal point and thats just Kace's character, blue eyes, nipples, and "bits"
That was the original idea, however it's now based around the fact her blood is blue, because she's a cyborg and has artificial blood. :)
Thank you for your thoughtful critique! As has been said, it is the character's colors. There is a bit of blue in the ears as well. As for the wing...it did give me some trouble and delayed me getting this done...so just did it to the best of my abilities and left it as is. :> I am glad I captured the mood I was striving for.
I did see the bit of blue in the ear, but thought it was just shadow tones. Since, as has been pointed out, it's due to the character's blood color, it might help suggest that if there were a subtle bluish undertone in areas where the fur would be thinner, such as the belly, wing membranes, and so forth, and perhaps tone down the blue of the bare skin so it's not quite as drastic a contrast. Of course, if that is how the customer wanted it to look, this is all moot.
As for the wings, it's a tricky angle. It might help to do a quick overhead scribble ahead of time to work out how things would be visible to the viewer.
Hope this has been helpful. I look forward to seeing more of your work.

Setting the character in the background feels nice and fresh. I'm swept into the setting like wildlife watching with that excited emotion of being lucky enough to see such a dazzling creature ^^
I don't know why, but when I see this, I don't really think of the art (which, by the way, is just stunning) but quiet. Calm, serenity, solitude, what have you. I just really love the mood you've created with this. Very unique take on Kace as well, really love it
That is the effect I was after, thank you for letting me know I succeeded. :3
Your artwork is definitely the equivalent of furry artwork! In fact, your's is the very definition of furry art. It's simply amazing what you create!
Gorgeously composed, the character placement was a good choice, as well.
This has a wonderful presence about it - one of waiting for something else to move in the forest - a twig to snap.
I really enjoy the depth of the environment in this piece and that that the character feels like they belong in the environment. A great mid-Autumn display.

Not that I don't like how the character is done, but I have to admit I'm faving this simply for the wonderful atmosphere and background. >^_^<
Hehe, realistic skin color. Neat, and it doesn't look 'off'.
Also, yay for background paintings. Always fun.

Man, Kace has such a beautiful and unique character, and you did one hell of a job rendering both her and the environment around her. :D Your art is always magical.
