A dog in Sassanid dress holding a barsom.
A4 paper wrinkles so easily, but that is all I have right now.

Very nice! I don't see much Sassanid culture/history in furry art.
I did Sassanid history a few times before!

Thanks. Playing some games set in late antiquity has induced me to take interest in Sassanid Persia.
Sassanid Persia was one of the inspirations for the "Easterners" in Asheru's world. A close match, but not exact, as lupines, being lupines skewed thing s a bit when they took over the "Leadership" positions after the fall of their Achaemenid precursors to a mysterious threat from east of them. So fashions differed for fur bearing royalty, but armor and household good would have been the same.
I do remember your drawings of the "Eastern (Azerchehar, if I remember correctly?)" characters in their summer court dress. Though I found it a bit too, well, exposed for my personal taste, it was realistic and plausible for a species with furs. I wonder if there are any examples of winter dress and outfits for male Eastern lupines in your gallery?
No but soon, there will be. I have to detail their father the Prince. the Shahansha, however I think was drawn but not posted. The princesses Winter Dress I remember was very blue. Peacock blue.
