Weaknesses: As a furson with no natural superpowers, he is vulnerable to physical attack
Bio: Pierre grew up in French Canada, so he became fluent in both French and English. As a youth, he was fascinated by stories of the Old American West and in particular, gunfighters. Though he was a exceptional student, he'd often daydream about trying to outdraw Billy the Squid, Bat Masterson and other famous Old West legends. His favorite hobby growing up was practicing his 'quick draw' and shooting targets. He was so good at shooting, he became the youngest Canadian Olympian when he took the Bronze Medal in sharpshooting at the 2004 Olympic Games.
Pierre's other passion was acting, so he went to college at UCLA and got his degree. Over the years, he got bit parts in movies and television but still longed to be a Old Western hero. While on vacation in Paris back in 2010, Pierre found a shooting range and to the amazement of the growing crowd of spectators, he shot the only 'perfect' round in the history of that particular shooting range. One of the members of that audience that day was Dr. Louie Rosepierre, aka Fute Shoat, Science Director of the Bureau of Superheroes European Region. Dr. Rosepierre was wanting to find a sharpshooter who was as skilled at BOS USA's Texas Tilly and Gatling Goat, so he recruited Pierre to join the Bureau. He sponsored his application into the Bureau and within a year, the legend of Chanceux Luque was born!
Quickly rising through the ranks, Pierre was recently named Internal Affairs Officer for the France District. Using what he learned during his ill fated trip to America (in "The Measure of a Horse"), Fute Shoat soon created a cybernetic steed for Pierre to ride based on Silver's schematics. Though his creation (known as Gai Sauteur) is mechanically equal to Silver, the metal stallion lacks his 'soul' - emotion set.
Personality: Chanceux Luque is very soft spoken, but uses his words with great skill. Compassionate and fair, he has a heart to pursue justice. He calls himself the Solitaire (Lonesome) Cowboy.

A cowboy for Europe. I'm down with that. And this is great. I love this bio.
