Here is Aria Tong, known by her Bureau of Superheroes coed name Popperazzi. Aria's not your typical BOS operative since she rarely wears a costume (those are her regular 'work' clothes) and she's used mostly in the area of gathering intelligence/undercover work. Complete bio below.

Bio: Born in Singapore of well educated parents, Aria had a very uneventful childhood. She excelled in school and her dream was to become a famous journalist reporting on important events. Her heroes growing up were famous freelance reporter/journalist Thelma Rogers and Carla Meadows from America. Wanting to follow in Thelma’s career footsteps, Aria applied to and was accepted as a foreign exchange student at the Colmaton University School of Journalism. Aria was a model student, so much so that for one of her journalism classes, she wanted to break an exclusive crime story. Against the advice of her friends, Aria began to pursue what she thought was a strong lead: someone in the criminal underworld was working on a machine that theoretically would create superpowers in normal fursons. Following a number of tips she got on the street, Aria managed to sneak into a secret facility where two supervillain scientists were putting the finishing touches on a tall phone-booth looking piece of machinery. The two were the crazy genius cocker spaniel James McLain (better known as Doctor Dizzy) and the black and white furred skunkette Dr. Galeen Bistro (better known as Rubik). After cleverly sneaking past dozens of henchfurs and lookouts, Aria was able to reach the secret laboratory and took a number of photos before she got knocked out from behind. When Aria awoke, she found herself tied to a chair with her right blouse sleeve torn off. As Rubik held her arm down, Dr. Dizzy gave her an injection, laughingly claiming she was a ‘volunteer’ for a new experimental serum that will rewrite her DNA code, but neither he nor Rubik knew what it would do. Struggling against her bonds, Aria began to feel her body beginning to change, just as several Bureau operatives broke in to free her and put an end to the villains’ operations. It was only when Medic Mouse gave Aria a complete body scan that her DNA changes were discovered. After the petite field mousette declared the new DNA settings irreversible and Aria found out about her new superpowers that she petitioned to join the Bureau of Superheroes.
Personality: Aria is quite the charmer, a trait that serves her well as a free lance reporter. Brave, fearless and resourceful, Popperazzi is quite a different kind of superheroine.

Assuming she continues to reside in Singapore, I’d say the Asian bureau.
Her powers make me think a little to Deception. Great hero concept.
