Dr. Alfred Coats Bendraqi, Ph.D. (Hero Forge)
I don't usually do human characters, but I do have a few, and the most prominent one is Dr. Alfred Coats Bendraqi, Ph.D., former enemy of the G-52s. Here I attempted to do him on Hero Forge, but I had a bit difficulty with this one, because Bendraqi usually wears glasses, but I couldn't find clear glasses with the lenses still in them. I just took a wild guess. I also have him holding a smartphone in the picture.
This likeness is of the new Bendraqi; for more information, here is the bio on him:
Alfred Coats Bendraqi Bio
Name: Dr. Alfred Coats Bendraqi, Ph.D. (he doesn't really have a Ph.D., he just says it sounds catchier)
Species: Human
Nationality: American
Occupation and Bio Notes: Lone surviving member of organization known as "Q4," or "Quarrelsome Quartet;" the original quartet consisted of him, Benjamin Primordius J. Alkadozer III (human, the founder, now deceased), Jerry J. Godllub (bulldog, now rehabilitated), and a fourth member whose name was never discovered because Alkadozer destroyed his birth certificate as punishment. (The fourth member has been classified as dead in absentia since 1981, having disappeared in 1977; the common belief is that he committed suicide, but since his body has never been found, the case was closed.)
Little info on Bendraqi is available to the public as a result of his information being classified and protected properties of the U.S. Army. What is known is that his IQ is at least 700 and he knows how to effectively use it. (This puts him at a huge advantage over other enemies with high IQs, such as Dr. Eggman, Sonic the Hedgehog's enemy, whose IQ is only 300.)
Originally Bendraqi's intention was, as a Q4 member, to conquer the world and rule it "with a tyranny so horrible it makes the Axis Powers look puny in comparison; almost angelic." This later changed to him wanting to flat out destroy the world after an incident where a ton of parrots, in showing their anger towards him, pecked on his head and tried to give him a concussion. (The parrots failed to do so once the G-52s stepped in and intervened.) This later led to his obsession with building huge tractor beams that were capable of destroying the world, only to have the G-52s and their allies trash them time and time again. This obsession continued until an incident where one of his own beams backfired on him, and shot lasers at him, frying him to his untimely death.
But when the world least expected it, he came back from the dead; as he put it, "Satan said I was too toxic for his domain, and so he sent me back. Obviously he'll be waiting for me again, because heaven isn't going to accept me."
Before his death, Bendraqi held the world record for most life sentences in prison. Judges who were wanting to issue him the death penalty were overturned by the Supreme Court, who supported (and still support) the G-52s' viewpoints on preferring to let the crooks live to see the consequences of their actions.
Though Bendraqi (prior to his death) was considered to be the stupidest and deadliest villain ever (because he would even kill little children if given the change), one of his tactics that wasn't so stupid was inflating the egos of the G-52s to the point of no return, that they showed obvious flaws in their policies and practices (such as hailing Cripto the absolute savior of the universe and placing too much of the spotlight on him). Super C since has undergone counseling to help him become a better leader, and to value teamwork as equal efforts from all its members, while Cripto is simultaneously working to improve his own struggles.
Bendraqi also was notable for (prior to his death) being extremely obese and unwilling to exercise. The new Bendraqi (after his resurrection) is now slimmer and healthier, and eats healthier to keep this appearance consistent. Although he still seeks to conquer the world in the end, he is gradually losing his touch, and Super C hopes he will ultimately turn over a new leaf. (Leo the Patriotic Lion doesn't see that happening, though.) The difference is now he wants a world that still thrives and functions; under his dictatorship, though, the majority of jobs would be working in factories to mass produce his new batch of drones and robots, which are codenamed EP-3000 and counting upwards by 50. ("EP" doesn't stand for anything; the Q4 just thought it sounded smart.)
As a result, Bendraqi's most significant creation that began under the old verison of him is his scary EP-2900 Model robot, which have over time became enemies of the G-52s and the world in their own rights. They are now able to create and proceed with plots of their own design and structure, all without any input from their creator. They are bent on total destruction of the world, since Bendraqi at the time was bent on destroying the world. The robots all base their plots around criptonitroglycerite, or CNG, due to its unpredictable nature, and its continuing mission of its own right to change the world for better or worse. The robots, however, are unable to graps the concept that CNG can benefit as well as destroy, and only wish to use it for destruction purposes.
Due to "Cripto's Army" (the many canon characters) existing in the real world (and preventing a time paradox instead of causing one according to supernatural scientists), Bendraqi's biggest rivals are Dr. Eggman and Lawrence Limburger, the Plutarkian stink fish that is enemy to the Biker Mice form Mars. (Unlike Bendraqi, Limburger still seeks to destroy the world in order to please his boss, Lord Cammembert, but the High Chairman was so fed up with Limburger's losses that he ultimately banned Limburger from populating the earth again. This doesn't mean, however, that the Plutarkian threat is gone for good.)
Bendraqi in his destructive years sought out to destroy all music (because music is a powerful weapon, and is the one thing that always can destroy an EP-2900 Model robot) and the American flag (because the flag gave him night terrors). He doesn't seek to destroy either one nowadays.
Bendraqi these days is an avid e-sports participant, and has used the games as inspiration for some of his latest plots, including an attack on the forbidden zone known as Area 51. Though he was sentenced to life in prison in his new lifetime, he is released from time to time from Riker's Prison (the new prison that holds him after the one in England that held him didn't want him anymore), because part of his life sentence (in addition to 50,000 hours of community service) is assisting the G-52s in destroying all his old EP-2900 robots, since they are classified as terrorists in their own right.
The ICC (International Criminal Court), based out of the Netherlands, listed Bendraqi as a "regular customer" while he was still a villain. Since his repentence, he assists the G-52s in sending others who deserve it to the ICC.
Superpowers: None
Old Appearance: Similar to Dr. Eggman, very overweight and unappealing. White hair, scientist's glasses, and various other clothing.
New Appearance: Much slimmer and healthier now, he wears a black pinstripe tailored suit, blood red tie, horn rim glasses, and black slacks and dress shoes. Originally he had white hair (as seen here in the picture); in recent times, though, he started to die it black to match the pinstripe suit.
Hero Forge doesn't have a pinstripe option, so I settled for solid black.

He looks more menacing in Hero Forge! He looks like a combination between a hitman, mad scientist, and evil corporate business oligarch.
Which was not my intention at all.
I guess you could say this was the new him when he was still a villain.
