Model railway show and look at this...
Apparently this was a limited run train graphic... there were several other cars with similar Wolf art. I fell totally in love with them.

A limited run? Our fandom's army of artists needs to get right on this!
That's quite an impeccible livery, no wondet it was a limited run.
Always appricate seeing layouts of model trains too, even had my own se up for a time.

part of the hobby for some is to create their own liveries/color schemes.
i would hazard a guess, rather then a limited run, a run of one, created on and with professional tools to do so, by an accomplished and experienced professional of both hobbies.
then would be my furst guess rather then a manufacturer's limited run.
of course i could always be mistaken if anyone actually knows otherwise.
i personally know of a local shop that does this level of work.
wouldn't be a bit surprised if it was theirs.

correction. someone actually does know otherwise. didn't know about bradforexchange. i'm for sure bookmarking their page.
Unfortunately Bradford exchange does overpriced the products they sell on their sites, so it is best to pick up second hand. Of note, the set is actually produced by Bachmann, and licensed to be sold through Bradford exchange, which is a distributor of novelty collectibles.
