The following text below is from her in-universe Wikipedia profile. While the art above depicts her as president, the "Wikipedia profile" below is from early 2040 when she was a Senator running for president. I don't think I'll make a Wikipedia profile of President Reinard as I want you to decide what kind of president she is, what she does.
And remember. This. Is. Not. Real. It's an art. I made it up.

Judith Gwendolyn Reinard (born September 30, 1980) is an American politician, carnivore rights activist, former commercial pilot, and retired United States Navy officer serving as the senior United States senator from New Jersey, a seat she has held since 2029. A member of the Democratic Party, Reinard is the first fox elected to the United States Senate, as well as the first Predator-Carnivore, the first Asian-American, and the first female U.S. senator from New Jersey. Reinard is a candidate in the 2040 Democratic Party presidential primaries. Previously, she was the Democratic Party nominee for president of the United States in the 2036 election and unsuccessfully sought the Democratic nomination for president in 2032. A member of the Reinard political family, she is the identical twin of New Jersey Governor Lina Reinard (D) and the mother of Representative Jerry Reinard (D-TX-20) and Representative Alexa Reinard (D-NJ-10).
Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to an affluent family, her father was of French descent and her mother is a Chinese immigrant. Reinard went on to graduate from Fletcher University with a degree in physics. Reinard enrolled in the U.S. Navy as a fighter pilot in 2002 and was first deployed in 2006. One of the first female fox naval aviators, Reinard flew combat missions in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria before she resigned from the Navy in 2010. She then moved to Willowfield, New Jersey, and became a pilot for Atlantic Eastern Air Lines. Following her early resignation from the Navy, Reinard became actively involved in the Carnivore Lives Matter (CLM) movement. In 2024, Reinard gained national prominence when she gave a Congressional testimony on prey nationalism and herbivore supremacy in the aviation industry.
In 2027, Reinard announced her candidacy in the 2028 U.S. Senate election in New Jersey. Reinard won the Democratic nomination with 75% of the vote and defeated the Republican Party nominee, television personality Dr. Mehmed Ox with 51% of the vote. She succeeded retiring Senator Herbert Hernandez. Reinard ran as a candidate for president of the United States in the 2032 Democratic primaries, launching her campaign in April 2031. Although initially being seen as an underdog, Reinard was able to gain considerable momentum in mid-2031 due to her outspoken activism, effective campaign strategy, and participation in numerous town hall meetings and television debates. Despite winning the Connecticut caucuses and the Maine primary, Reinard suspended her campaign in May 2032, citing diminishing funds; she endorsed former Secretary of State Sheila Shepard.
Reinard was reelected as senator in 2034, she defeated Representative John McCowell (R-NJ-02) with 66% of the vote. As senator, she is generally considered a progressive democratic socialist, with Reinard describing her political ideology as "socialism with American values;" and in her own words: a mixture of ethical, people-centered capitalism with social democracy. Citing the Nordic model as an inspiration, Reinard is opposed to communism. Reinard advocates for healthcare as a right, universal basic income, stricter gun control, police reform and accountability, legalizing recreational marijuana, educating Critical Species Theory, raising the federal minimum wage to $30, and congressional term limits. She is a vocal critic of Presidents Wilfred (2029 - 2037) and Buckley (2037 - present).
Reinard launched her second candidacy for president of the United States in March 2035. She won the Democratic nomination in August 2036 and selected Arizona Senator Tim Stagg as her vice presidential running mate. On September 3, 2036, while campaigning in Little Rock, Arkansas, Reinard was shot in an assassination attempt by Dillon Hoof, a prey nationalist and supporter of the Keep America Herbivore movement; Reinard was hospitalized for three weeks. Although Reinard and Stagg won the national popular vote by more than 3 million, they lost the Electoral College vote, thereby losing the 2036 presidential election to the Republican ticket of incumbent Vice President Dusty Buckley and Florida Senator Jon DeSanta. Reinard became the senior U.S. senator from New Jersey and the dean of New Jersey's congressional delegation when Senator Cody Barker retired in January 2037. Honoring her self-imposed term limit, Reinard will not run for a third term in the Senate in 2040.
On February 21, 2039, Reinard announced her candidacy in the 2040 Democratic Party presidential primaries. Reinard's platform includes universal basic income, Medicare for All, Green New Deal, statehood for Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico, constitutional protection of abortion, same-sex and interspecies marriages, abolishing the Electoral College, ending capital punishment, expanding the Supreme Court and introducing term limits for justices, banning the use of muzzles and aggression-inhibitor collars, reparations for Predator-Carnivores, building a nationwide hyperloop network, space exploration, and improving relations with China and the Asian African Prosperity Union to de-escalate the New Cold War.
As a former presidential nominee who won the 2036 popular vote, Reinard entered the 2040 Democratic primaries with a high name recognition, and she has been seen as the frontrunner for the nomination for president of the United States. If elected as the 50th president of the United States, Reinard would become the first fox, the first Asian-American, the first Jewish, the third Predator-Carnivore, the third Generation X, and the fourth female president.
———
Spoiler alert: she won, bigly. As the 50th president, she ushered in the Reinard Era or Reinard Decade, from 2041 to 2049. A period of economic prosperity, restoration of American pride, and world peace. She became revered among liberals and some of the general public like Reagan (Roland Rogan, in-universe, and btw you can see the "list" of the in-universe presidents here) among conservatives. Judy survived another assassination attempt less than 100 days after taking office, this time by a Palestinian Hamas sympathizer; Judy's grace and wit, particularly by forgiving (not pardoning) her would-be assassin increased her approval ratings.
Because Judy is divorced (twice) and never remarry, the position of the first spouse is vacant throughout her presidency for the first time ever since 1857. Her daughter, Alexa, held a copy of the US Constitution on which Judy was sworn in, in 2041 and 2045; the first time for a US president to not use a Bible when taking the oath of office since 1901. Judy is the second-to-last president born in the 20th century. Her Secret Service code name is Maverick.
The Democratic controlled 127th (2041 - 2043) and 128th (2043 - 2045) Congresses enabled Judy to accomplish most of her agendas in her first term, thus helping her get reelected. But the Republican controlled 129th (2045 - 2047) and 130th (2047 - 2049) Congresses stalled her more ambitious agendas, like DC and Puerto Rico statehood and abolishing the electoral college. Of course, Judy is not a saint, and she made some mistakes during her 8 years in office.
The situation in which the president's sister and son are Senators (Lina, NJ, and Jerry, TX), and daughter is a Representative, caused a controversy, made worse by Judy saying her critics on this are being speciesist and by her stating "the oppressed of yesteryears are no longer oppressed." In 2052, her son, Jerry Reinard, the junior U.S. Senator from Texas, was elected president. Judy and Jerry became the first mother and son pair, and the third parent and child pair to serve as president. Jerry served from 2053 to 2061, the first president born in the 21st century. Jerry is more moderate than Judy, because of his purple home state of Texas.
Previously in 2048, Judy's sister Lina, who was elected to succeed Judy in the Senate in 2040, ran for the Democratic nomination for president, but she finished second. Lina lost to Judy's VP, Jack Bacon, three term Senator from Iowa, who selected Lina as his VP running mate, went on to lose to an unnamed (as of now) Republican in the 2048 presidential election in what was considered a major upset.
This art marks my first foray into the elderly territory. I have some ideas for GILF (or is it GMILF) Judy. Though perhaps GILF/GMILF Judy has had breast reduction surgery before entering politics, she's older and her back isn't as strong as it used to be. And I think Judy with a much smaller chest is more "realistic" as a politician. I was a bit confused on how an "elder" furry character would look, before I settled with her black fur on ears and tails beginning to turn gray, and her orange fur starting to turn into a lighter shade, and her looking "wrinkly."
Also, you may notice, the presidential seal looks a bit different. Because I wanted to highlight the fact that this is set in a separate universe than ours. The eagle facing arrows represent "America must always be prepared to defend peace," essentially Si vis pacem, para bellum. I also think it's cooler that way, and at least it's not a hypocritical design. Also the motto "In God is our trust" symbolize that some of the people in JudyJudith's Universe of Anthropomorphic Animals believe in God(s), unaware that they, in fact, created by Aliens.
And, I'll be damned, but I recently rewatched Zootopia on Disnep+, and I got this sudden idea on what if there is a president in Zootopia. I mean, this scene strongly implies Zootopia is located in the US, or at least a federal state. So in this case the Zootopia Republic is basically the in-universe equivalent of California. But this is neither canon nor not canon to the JudyJudith's Universe of Anthropomorphic Animals, deliberate ambiguity. So it's up to you to decide whether this, and the JJUAA, take place in Zootopia's universe or not. But the JJUAA is mine so it can be whatever tf I want it to be.

Well if Trump, Reagan and Zelensky all reached, why can’t her? Hell Lula proved you can be a ex-convict and become president in Brasil last year.
the position of the first spouse is vacant throughout her presidency for the first time ever
Reminds me of when Dilma was president, although she wasn’t the first divorced president, it still reminded me of her

We have finally reached president no. 50 ladies and gents.
How do you feel the Media would react when claims come out about her having sex with her son Jerry? Would they try to Impeach her, would it lead to some major black mark on her political career?
HMMM!
Actually that just gave me an idea about Judy trying to "silence" that kind of people, she'll dismiss those claims as baseless conspiracy, and if that doesn't work, perhaps she'll pull a Clinton on them
